“Nice Hotel for the price!”
We were extremely pleased with the quality of this hotel, especially at the special Expedia rate we paid.
“Hotel needs some work in appearance, repair, cleaning service.”
The cleaning staff knock on the door at 8:00,8:30 AM asking if you want the room cleaned, so if you were still sleeping, you are no longer asleep. Pretty annoying! There was mold growth in the grout of the bathroom tiles. When it was pointed out to the room attendant , there appeared to be little difference on return to the room. I suggested Tilex as being effective to no avail. The carpet was soiled in the corridors and room. Not sure if this was permanent stains. The appearance was worn and tired. There was repairs of some type of water leak over the vending machines using plaster of some type. The workmen left white shoe tracks on the carpet at the completion of the day's work. they didn't clean up so it looked like a construction zone with the machines pulled out. That white dust in turn was tracked whenever guests passed the area. The hotel is in an industrial area but the access is good to the airport, St Charles County and other parts of the STL area. Traffic noise from the interstate and adjoining roads could be distracting especially with semi and truck traffic.
“Affordable and Convenient”
I stayed here on my road trip from Denver to Cincinnati. It was in a convenient location off the highway and a reasonable driving distance from downtown. It's an older building: the room door was hard to shut, and the bathrooms could really use some updating. Overall, not exactly a dream vacation hotel but did the job for an overnight stay.
“Comfortable Stay”
We enjoyed a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and we did not have any issues with anything in the room. It is located close to office buildings, but we were going to Old St. Charles for dinner and shopping so the location was very convenient.
“Convenient to St Louis airport”
Nothing wrong with this hotel at all. Our stay was a short overnight stay before an early flight, so we didn't spend much time there. My only complaint is about the bar and grill on the premisis. This location is in a business type park with no easy convenient access to outside restaurants, so you feel stuck with what is available at the hotel. The problem is the menu is pretty limited with lots of fried foods and the bar menu is limited to beer and what they try to pass off as a marguerita - its awful. (It's a premix they pour into a water glass with ice cubes - no salt.) If you want a good meal, I suggest you eat somewhere else before you check in.
“Excellent surprise”
This was the first time I choose a discount without knowing the hotel name and was very pleased.
“would go again”
at wedding reception eve 6/5, waiters kept trying to take plates and clear tables too soon. Also, no coffee was offered and when did request it - they never brought it after 30+ minutes - had to ask a dining rm mgr for it and then it came right away. no refills were offered. This was in one of their meeting rms/ballrooms.
“Shuttle service was excellent!!”
Hotel accomadatons were very nice. Would use this hotel again if flying through St. Louis.
