The staff was very pleasant and courteous. Leann & Alicia were super helpful and gracious in allowing me to check in a little early since I arrived about an hour and a half sooner than anticipated. The resort staff also respected my wish to be near my friend’s room which had been booked separately.

Love the Ramona area. The shower pressure was great. Lots of room. There were cobwebs above the bed and in the livingroom and around the frame of the bathroom door. It’s just a bit old and tired. But we will stay again.

We revisit this property for peace and quiet. The town of Ramona is close by and with a little driving we go to the ocean or the Navy base. The space is ample and the kitchen is wonderful to have. The decor is dated - we have visited 4X over the years and nothing changes...but it is fine. The bathroom is a little odd with placement but we still love this gem of a getaway. We have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is awesome and the amenities are wonderful.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, we loved how spacious the studio is and the fireplace and views of this property is what keeps us coming back.

Great place to stay outside of San Diego. Very picturesque location and easy drive to city and other area of interest…… although you can check out extra items for the studio apartment it lacked cooking utensils, cutlery and dining items with just about enough to make do. Apart from that would highly recommend the resort.

Online pictures do not this property justice - much nicer than the photos appear. Large bedroom on the one bedroom apartment with good size family room and kitchen area. Nice balcony on second floor with seating

This was so beautiful and quiet, my husband and i were wanting just some alone quiet time and this was perfect! It was like a mini little apartment, literally everything you might need , full kitchen, and so well priced! We will definitely go back and spend more time there too! The staff was also amazing 👏

Liked the size. Apparently somewhat misled by ad on Expedia and booked two rooms instead of one condo, but no problem for a refund and the hotel was quite helpful. All taken care of. No hotel service throughout the stay…had to get own towels, etc. not much for dish soap and dishwashing supplies. Excellent cost for two bedroom condo….worked perfectly for five adults.

Best in price & quality
This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and it is always an amazing trip! This is the best priced place we stay at and a full living room and kitchen is included. Great for short or long stays!

It was a great home away from home type. Loved how large and safe it felt. Didn’t like waking up to what sounded like leaf blowers at 6:30am Sunday morning but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

To be honest, the first thing that attracted me was the price. It seemed that it didn’t match with what I was being offered. But everything about our too-short stay here was great. Nice people. Great location. Awesome room (a working fireplace? For $135/night? It was a chilly night, and I just wish I’d thought ahead and packed some firewood). Anyway, everything went great. We were all very happy with our experience, and I definitely want to come back.

What a great place. Quiet and spacious rooms and the staff are all amazing. Tony helped us on checking in, and all of the staff members were amazing. Miguel, Jessica, Leanne, Linda, Vidal, and James were professional, kind, and helpful. We just love this place and try to visit twice a year. The amenities at the recreation center include tennis courts, racquetball courts, gymnasium, and pool. The resort has a nice pool, jacuzzi, courtesy laundry, pool table, business center,bbqs, plenty of parking, and so much more. We highly recommend this location, and the area is so peaceful!

Great place to stay and relax. Was very quite overall. However, definitely an older crowd vibe. Spa near by, in nature, beautiful landscape, priced well. Would definitely stay there again.
