“A great place to stay, especially during the festival”

We stayed there during the Gentse Festen and it was a great choice. During the festival there are trams all day and at 1 am they were leaving every 2-3 mins. It takes about 15 mins to reach the center of Ghent and the area is very nice and quiet. The staff of the hotel was always helpful. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. A great place to stay.

“Good but needs a refresh...”

This was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay... The staff was attentive and the room was comfortable. The hotel is located fairly close to a tram stop by the expo. The only negative is the decor of the hotel. Stepping off the elevator was like stepping out of a time machine back to the early 90's. The rooms and hotel are in desperate need of face lift.
