“Excellent”

An excellent location, very clean, and the friendliest, most helpful service we had while in Belgium. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

“Awesome hotel and friendly staff”

When we arrived there was a mix-up with our Expedia reservation and we thought we would have to stay somewhere else but Harmony at Hotel Harmony went above and beyond trying to make us whole. She was also was very friendly all the while even though we were tired and irritable and probably weren't the easiest customers to deal with. In the end it all worked out and we couldn't have been happier with our stay at Hotel Harmony. The staff as a whole was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious!!! The room was very stylish and very comfortable. We slept so well in our beds and I rarely like hotel beds--this was a warm welcome to our tired bodies after long hours of walking on cobblestone! The location was perfect, just a couple minutes from Gravensteen Castle.

“Romantic little place”

We got a smaller but well appointed room on the top floor with an amazing view of the canal and the Belfort and cathedral. The amenities (hot tub was awesome after a whole day of walking) were superb and service was impeccable. The location is ideal with many charming restaurants within a few steps. Breakfast was included in our fare and the selection was delightful.

“Lovely fresh boutique hotel”

This lovely little boutique hotel is well located in a charming yet central spot on the water. Rooms are chic and modern with all the mod cons. Ours was immaculate. We had a view of the canal, which I highly recommend. The bed was fantastic. To top it all off, breakfast was a fresh gourmet feast. Great for those who like their hotels modern but individual.

“The perfect stay in Ghen”

We loved this hotel; it was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect - a short walk or tram ride to everywhere. We'll definitely stay at the Hotel Harmony again.
