Nice hotel a little out of the central City.Posted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: Great breakfast , friendly staff, comfortable room.
Cons: Soundproofing to the room
The hotel is very pleasant with helpful staff, large room but the tram running by & people talking on the footpath during the night kept us awake. Everything else was ok with the hotel located a little way out of the old City centre but easily reached by a tram.

Comfortable room with good locationPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
The hotel location is good, just 10-minute walk (maximum) from the Gent Sint-Pieter Station, but a bit far from the city center. I guess you can take a tram there (but I didn't!). The room is comfortable. The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful.

adequate hotel 5min from trains, tram and busesPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Hotel position and comfortable bed
Cons: service at desk was by young people who were not able to recommend restaurants etc. A map was provided though.
Location: close to public transport so fine.
Hotel was adequate for an overnight stay. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower was in the bath with no railings so easy to slip. Slight smoke smell when the airconditioning was on. Otherwise walking distances to public transport into Ghent centre.

Huge room, clean and modernPosted Jul 9, 2014
Located about three blocks from main train station down one road-- a quick walk. And located a pleasant 20 min walk to old town Gent. The roads have wide sidewalks, are flat, and little traffic and part if the way you follow the canal- very pretty walking thru local neighborhoods, safe, clean, pretty walk to old town. Hotel is modern, clean, huge room and huge bathroom. Has a small refrigerator full of their mini bar stuff but it holds your own wine and juice too. Hotel staff speaks excellent English and were friendly and helpful. Much cheaper staying here than right in old town and the walk is pleasant.

Excellent service, with the best breakfast buffet I´ve seen on this trip.

Room was clean and comfortable. It said in the hotel directory that there would be free coffee available in the lobby in the mornings but it wasn't the case. Lift often doesn't stop on 2nd floor.

Good small hotel close to station.Posted Jun 14, 2014
Great location 15 min. Easy walk to city centre. Only slight criticism is our bathroom could do with a refurb. nothing major just a bit of discolouration on grouting and seals.

Nice place, seemed more suitable for Business/conference travelers. But it worked for me!

St Pieter: The hotel needs some updating. Good reception staff. more like a 3.5 than a 4.
