Super ligging

Aanrader. Had alleen maar 22 parkeerplaatsen en vol is vol. Andere parkeerplaats wel dichtbij.

Bel hotel en général

Chambre au second côté ruelle (217) Très tôt le matin, chariots alimentaires manipulés sans respect des clients> vacarme énorme .. Même avec la vitre fermée vous ne pouvez plus dormir.. Dommage alors que la situation de cet hôtel est exceptionnel..

Prachtige lokatie

Prachtige lokatie in het historisch centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Wij verbleven met 3 personen in een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. Was erg ruim. Apart toilet en badkamer is dan prettig. Twee grote spiegels is ook fijn. Bed sliep fijn. Twee soorten kussens om uit te kiezen. Ruime douche. Fijne handdoeken. Badspulletjes.

Central hotel

More than adequate hotel in a very central location, main sights all within 5 mins walk. No 1 tram takes you straight from station to a minute from hotel. Hotel itself uninspired but does the job. I was sharing with my two boys, 14 and 12. A little cramped with the sofa bed in use but did not intend spending loads of time there so not important. Had paid for breakfast , and glad I did. The buffet was more than adequate which meant we could all find something we fancied eating before we set off to explore this exceedingly pretty town.

Great location. Disappointed with the coffee - paper cups and minimal coffee but overall a great place to spend a few days. Very, very convenient to all the sights. Would return.

Business trip to Gent

The hotel was in a great location and the hotel was very clean and modern. The room service menu could have had a bit more choice but that wasnt an issue as the restaurant was very good! Would difinitely stay again.

compétence et complaisance du personnel

très bonnes impressions sauf un manque criant de place de parking : nous n'avons pas pu nous y garer et avons eu un PV d'autant que la ville de Gent était en travaux et nous ne pouvions pas bien y circuler. L'hôtel n'est pas bien fléché dans la ville.

Nice hotel, has a good restaurant, and a bar. Even has a swimming pool, which is strange for its location, the pool is outside and not heated, and they are having a cold summer. The only issue I had was parking. I chose this hotel because it has a parking garage, but they charge extra, not a big deal, but with only 22 spaces, and a lot of families using the hotel, it fills up by mid day. You may park, check in, leave for a few hours, and then not get a spot when you come back. There is also a red light saying it is full, and sometimes that isn't true. Go in anyway, there may be a spot. I think they do this to prevent non guests from using the garage, which is very convenient to the city center. There are good places to eat nearby, but all the restaurants seem to have a very similar menu.
