“Poor service”

I think they did not clean my room. I did request some services and I did not get them. They offer a 50" TV and once I get to the Hotel I have a 27". The people working there are friendly do. I like the actittud they have. Very quiet place.

“Ghetto”

I looked into this hotel to save money and read the other reviews and thought, "It can't possibly be this bad. We're not so picky." So we learned by experience... This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When we arrived, there were plenty of suspicious looking people loitering about. We never felt safe whole time there. Besides having trouble checking in because their system was down, an hour later we got into our room and felt like we were on a mission trip to a 3rd world country or something. There is something unsettling about walking into the bathroom and your shoes sticking to the floor. We did appreciate having a fridge and microwave in our room. Overall, if you want to save money and stay at this hotel, just be ready for grimy conditions and pray your car doesn't get broken into.

“Decent night's stay close to interstate”

Overall, the Super 8 was alright. The room was clean; it had a TV, microwave, & refrigerator. The room could have been cleaner, but for one night it was alright. It was in a great location close to the interstate which made it easy to find and get back on our way. Breakfast was sparse.

“You get what you pay for.”

Very dirty lobby. We had to pay the maid for washclothes. Very good price for a room near Chicago but not a hotel that you bring your family to.

For the price I can I guess I shouldnt have expected a whole lot but if they try to give you room 101....expect it to smell like cat urine.

“hazelcrest super 8”

not a guest friendly hotel. could not get change for laundry room. complimentary breakfast was really horrible. never felt comfortable. hotel access was difficult due to feeder road. would certainly never return as there were plenty of hotels in the area to chose from.

“not impressed”

there was scratches all over the walls the light fixtures were hanging off the walls the floor was dirty and stained scratches all over the walls the prices were outrageous was not impressed at all and will not go back thats for sure

“Hotel Hell!!”

it didn't seam like a safe place 2 stay.the smell of drugs in the hall ways. I would not recommand anyone to stay there.

“Need some updating”

I would stay again the prices are reasonable.

“Iron no Board”

We did not like it a 5.00 deposit on iron no board will never do 2 star again rather pay more! one wash cloth two holeie bath towels.
