Disappointed with breakfast. Usually able to find some type of fresh fruit - apple, orange, banana. The closet thing to fruit was juice, though they were extremely slow to refill the pitchers. Pastries appeared like they came out of a vending machine.

Late night staff was rude, appeared that she didn't want to be bothered....I will not recommend to anyone, this location!

Pros: Great staff vary helpful and accepted my dogs with no problem. The breakfast was wonderful.
Cons: The maintenance staff needs to be more aware of the condition of the walk ways.
The room and staff were great, the room clean and fresh and the air conditioning worked wonderful. However, the outside needs to be maintained better. I slipped and fell on the scum that had built up by the smoking area. They'll pay for the medical bill, but it should never have happened if they had paid attention.

My experience was horrible because of the hotel staff. I called and tried to cancel the hotel within the time frame and front desk girl said she couldn't do it without a manager. I asked to speak to one and she said they weren't available. I had to go to the hotel and show them the cancellation policy but by then she only gave me credit for one night instead if the two and she still refused to so it until I got angry with her. It was terrible service. I didn't see a room
