The hotel staff were very friendly and arranged things very quickly. For a prestige business hotel, seems strange that only internet access is in public lobby and not in room. Staff gave one hour complimentary access after requesting otherwise charge per hour. Room view stunning - make sure you request sea view. I watched dolphins balling fish and a great white mother teaching its calf to leap out of the water - all from the balcony of my room - what a treat and privilege. The evening self-service meal was very comprehensive and varied and good value. If taking breakfast, don't leave it too late as not everything was available by 8.30. The beachfront walk is excellent, a walk into town is deceptively far and goes through some difficult areas. It's just 15 minutes by car to the airport. Fair value and good location for many activities.

I was very dissapointed by the hotel and the hotel staff.
First of all they were very rude demanding me to pay for the room even when I told them I had already paid for it through expedia. They woke me up at night and told me that i had to come down and pay or leave. Nice way to treat a customer.
Another surprise was that the hotel advertised they offer internet. As a matter of fact I chose this hotel for that reason. It turned out that they don't offer internet, but there is an Always on hotspot, which is available all accross South Africa, and they charge 20 US dollars a day to use a limited transfer slow connection.
Last but not least, there are no plugs in the room to charge your devices, not even inside the bathroom.
I would definitely not go there again and not recommend this hotel to anyone.
