“Inexpensive, convenient, comfortable!”

I did not spend much time at the Extended Stay, as I was at the RI Convention Center for most of the weekend. However, when at the hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable, the area was clean, and the location was within 10 minutes of everywhere I needed to be - all for a much lower price than any other option in the area. Overall, I rate this hotel a 4/5, and would visit again if another convention came to Providence, RI.

“Rhode Island overnight”

Room was clean and comfortable with all kitchen features. Close to most of the Providence area. Was here one night but would consider a longer stay next time in the area.

“Pleasant Stay for Business Trip”

We needed a place to stay while searching for an apartment in Rhode Island. This location allowed us easy access to the highway as well as a lot of surrounding restaurants. I also appreciated that it was not in the center of the city, but rather on the outskirts. If we did not find a suitable residence I would select to stay there again. We were pleasantly surprised to find the mini kitchen with full sized fridge, two burners, sink and microwave. However the hotel did not provide shampoo for the bathroom! Bring your own.

“It was great”

I was also very happy with this hotel. It was reasonable, clean and well-appointed and I felt very safe as a professional woman traveling alone. Close to many shopping centers and a quick and easy ride to downtown. I will make it my go- to hotel for trips to Providence.

“Reasonably priced, convenient and comfortable.”

It's easy to find this hotel, parking is free (important in Providence), the staff is friendly, and the room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and great tv.

“Delightful place to stay in East Providence”

The hotel was easily located, the room, the bathroom and the cooking are were all clean and ready when we got there. The desk had sheets with the addresses of anything you might want (Staples, restaurants, etc. etc.) and the desk personnel provided clear easy to follow directions to get to the places on the list. Delightful stay!

We were visiting relatives and this hotel was convenient, allowed smoking in some rooms and the price was reasonable

“Convenient, quiet stay”

After several days on the road, it was nice to be able to fix a couple of quick meals in the room and chill. Although it is between a busy highway and a well-traveled street, the hotel is quiet.

Area recommendations

East Providence is much easier to navigate than Providence and it is only a few minutes away.

Shopping

There are two good grocery stores nearby. Ask the front desk for directions. They are easy to find.

Dining

Nearby Horton's seafood restaurant is a great casual place. Friendly, good food, and good value. Even closer, Madiera is terrific. Eclectic menu with some unique choices. The portion size makes this another outstanding value.

“Would totally go back”

Was in the area on a return visit to Johnson & Wales with my family and decided to stay somewhere different from the first visit. I was glad I did. Not only was the hotel clean, the room was comfortable and inviting. I appreciated the kitchenette set up but would have preferred the TV to have been larger than a 19inch screen. We had a late check in and after driving 5 1/2 hours after working a full day the night desk clerk (Joe, I think) was very polite and even gave us tips on restaurants for both breakfast and late night dining. I would definitely choose that location again if my daughter attends college in Rhode Island.

Conveniently located to Providence, Newport. Seekonk area had shopping, restaurants and all conveniences
