“Get there before 9pm”

The hotel was conveniently situated, comfortable and clean, however, we arrived at 9.05pm and the reception had closed at 9pm, there was nobody available to be able to check us in and get our room keys, when we called the number provided it was a recorded message in French, luckily for us a couple of guys who were travelling with a rugby tour company who had the same problem called their tour operator and were given a number for a safe which was on the wall, in the safe were some envelopes with door keys in, luckily for us ours where in there too. So if you are going to use this nice new apart-hotel get there early!!

“Hotel Citea Perpignan”

I have never in my life met a more unhelpful, unfriendly or ignorant receptionist in my life. I didn't expect "The Ritz" but when I informed the "female" at the desk that my purse had been stolen she simply looked at me, nodded and asked for the car parking key to be returned! I don't think I need to say more.

“DO NOT STAY HERE”

The hotel is in the middle of a building site, when we found our way to the building all the lights were off and the place shut. This was despite the fact we turned up when the reception was supposed to be open and we'd told them exactly when we'd be arriving. We found no way to contact anyone and ended up leaving and having to find another hotel.
