Lovely hotel, and Colliioure is amazing

Fairly basic room but nice terrace and clean. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast area, but breakfast itself nothing amazing. Would definitely stay again. Colliioure is amazing.

Regarding the breakfast, we try to propose a large choice of products (pastries, various breads, scramble eggs, cheeses, fruits, cured meat, dairy products, fresh orange/apricot juice, apple pie...) to satisfy all our guests. Calm and great to rejuvenate

We enjoyed it very much but were amazed that at the prices for the room breakfast and spa was not included!Loved the rooms though.People are very friendly and breakfast was delicious!

Regarding the price, we would be pleased to offer you an entrance to the Spa (1h30 for 2 people) if you come-back. For the reader, the spa contains a hammam, a jacuzzi, 2 massages & chromatherapy showers, 2 cabins for massages & beauty cares and a relaxing rooms. The entrance is 20 € for 1 person (33€ for 2). Lovely Staff

Pros: The location was good.
Cons: Communal areas were nice but the room needed updating especially the bathroom and toilet areas.
The staff were great, helpful, informative and always jolly. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere, however we felt the room was extremely overpriced, especially in comparison to other places we stayed in the area.

Lovely hotel, fantastic setting overlooking bay

Pros: Setting and situation overlooking the bay, really helpful staff
Location: Walk into Collioure takes about 30 minutes, staff will advise the route. Ask for map and it shows best local restaurant, all really helpful.
Hotel was lovely, the pool and hot-tub overlook bay, fantastic setting, free internet and board games to use, staff really helpful.

To the reader, just note that the pool is open during the opening period (from April 11th to November 2nd in 2014) with a temperature between 26 & 29° Celsius. If you often feel cold, the temperature of the outside jacuzzi (free access) is 36°C. if you forget your swimsuit, we sell it at the market price. No excuse not to test the pool :-)

Nice views but noisy road

Nice large room, but patio door needs to be kept shut if you have a sea view.

Dear Sir, We really thank you for your feed-back. You are right, we advice the reader to choose the room on the garden if you really want to enjoy a quiet terrace or balcony. The view of the sea is beautiful but you will hear the traffic when opening the patio door (not inside). If you are used to sleep with opened windows, don't hesitate, choose the garden rooms.

Lovely hotel - awful customer service

Pros: Hotel pool and Jacuzzi were lovely.
Cons: Customer Service was awful from one staff member.
Location: Location is good. Close to the main town and lovely views over the bay.
I booked online and reserved a room that should have had a double bed and two singles. When we arrived at the hotel late evening and were shown the room, it had two singles pushed together to make a double and just one other single. When I requested that the beds be altered so that myself and my two young boys could sleep in our own beds, the hotel representative said he would request this to be altered the next morning. I said that wasn't acceptable and that we needed our own beds. He still did not offer to amend the configuration so we had to do it ourselves and had no proper sheets for the first night. Simply unacceptable customer service.
