Pros: The location was good.
Cons: Communal areas were nice but the room needed updating especially the bathroom and toilet areas.
The staff were great, helpful, informative and always jolly. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere, however we felt the room was extremely overpriced, especially in comparison to other places we stayed in the area.

Pros: Setting and situation overlooking the bay, really helpful staff
Location: Walk into Collioure takes about 30 minutes, staff will advise the route. Ask for map and it shows best local restaurant, all really helpful.
Hotel was lovely, the pool and hot-tub overlook bay, fantastic setting, free internet and board games to use, staff really helpful.

Pros: Hotel pool and Jacuzzi were lovely.
Cons: Customer Service was awful from one staff member.
Location: Location is good. Close to the main town and lovely views over the bay.
I booked online and reserved a room that should have had a double bed and two singles. When we arrived at the hotel late evening and were shown the room, it had two singles pushed together to make a double and just one other single. When I requested that the beds be altered so that myself and my two young boys could sleep in our own beds, the hotel representative said he would request this to be altered the next morning. I said that wasn't acceptable and that we needed our own beds. He still did not offer to amend the configuration so we had to do it ourselves and had no proper sheets for the first night. Simply unacceptable customer service.
