“Odelya Copacabana Canet Plage”
Well, we went at the beginning of April. We chose this place because it seemed central enough and close to Perpignan; also because they had WIFI and a swimming pool. Well room was very small, cutlery and crookery very old, room very dirty (old bed linen was found on bed and strange stains in the toilets), TV is 30 euros, cleaning is 52 euros. All feels cheap. Also there is a shuttle to Perpignan but only every 45 to 60 minutes and it takes 45 minutes to get there; cab costs 35 euros. You have to make sure what time you arrive because the permanence is not open every day; WIFI was broken; you need to go back to Perpignan to rent a car; the trains were all delayed from Perpignan. In conclusion, I would look for another option next time, although you have to say it is cheap.
