Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: The rooms are pretty "bare bones"
Location: The location is nice, but not centrally located to town. You need to take a taxi to get anywhere.
The hotel lobby & restaurant were very clean and nice. All hotel staff that I encountered were also very helpful and friendly. The room, particularly the bathroom, was not as clean as I had hoped it to be. The sinks were very low to the ground and there wasn't much of a shower curtain, making it difficult to shower. Although it was easy to get a taxi, the hotel isn't centrally located to town, so you absolutely need to travel by taxi to go anywhere.

Pros: Leisure facilities
Cons: Pricy drinks £2 for half a beer
Location: A little out from Hull itself but we liked it
Arrived in afternoon 3 rooms allocated together as requested,used pool,steam room no charge .room was just too hot and temperature couldn't be lowered.a fan in one of rooms but still uncomfortable..Enjoyed the stay only complaint was cost of cheapest bottle of wine about £20 in function room .We watched Take That tribute and shame the act lastedv all 1 hour an 20 mins tops .hoping to have a late night drink and no night porter came in to work so no bar bit disappointing with this.great buffet breakfast good assortment and great serving staff.

I have stayed here on many occasions and thought it was time i reviewed the Hotel.In my opinion you cannot go wrong the facilities are excellent,the staff are friendly and helpful.All in all a great place to stay food top quality wether its a snack or a three course meal,very relaxed atmoshere,great bar

We enjoyed an excellent night when staying on 2nd march 2013, lovely place excellent facilities at a reasonable price, only slight downer was that we had no advance warning that the bar went to residents only, which didn't accept cash !!! Therefore had to swipe a card in reception after midnight. To get a couple of night-caps

The best feature was the indoor pool. The breakfast was average and the food at the other meals was pub quality. Hotel was clean and the staff were nice enough.

A new modern hotel with nice rooms and gym and especially a really nice pool. It only has a single lift that appears to have a mind of its own so be prepared to get fit if the lift is out and you are on an upper floor. I also found the squeacking noise that came from the apparently wooden staircase under the carpets a bit annoying as I ascended and decended the stairs. It is in a business district out of town therefore quiet but need your car if you want to eat and drink out.

Hotel was very nice, not very close for eating out, retail park approx 3 miles away, but situated quite well, close to by-pass.hotel staff was good, after they had put me in a disabled room Twice, as the staff wasn't aware what room was what, but because of inconvenience was up-graded to a very nice room with it's own Sky remote.....??

Luxury upper deck room was dissappointing - quite nicely furnished but very small. Restaurant food decent enough but uninspiring. Bar was like a Wetherspoon's pub. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. Full access to the gym and swimming pool was a big bonus. Only negative was that the lift was out of order and has been for a couple of weeks.
