Great location, fantastic staff, room lovely.Posted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: The friendly staff and the breakfast.
Cons: Everything was great.
Location: Near the sea front, near the town but in a quiet location.
A warm welcome when we arrived, the staff couldn't have done more for us. The room was lovely, as seen on the photo, clean and bright. Breakfast selection was amazing. Good location, just off the sea front. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

Very near to Brighton Conference CentrePosted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Convenience to beach and conference centre. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: Perhaps give more info on size of room esp bathroom. It was a good thing that I am quite slim!
Room was very, very small, especially bathroom and up 4 flights of stairs, no lift. It was also very hot as during heatwave. however there was a fan Thought £70 a night was expensive for the room. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Bra budgethotell nära shopping och strandPosted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Nära till allt. Mycket trevlig personal. Hotellkatten Mr Watts. Kaffe och frukt på rummet.
Cons: Rummen saknar airkondition

Nice welcome, pleasant room, comfy bed.Posted Jun 9, 2015
2 nights here, great selection for breakfast and nice staff. Room on top floor with lots of stairs but no problem for us. Easy reach of town and beach. Nice square and a waitrose up the road, ooh how lovely.

Lovely place.Posted May 23, 2015
Pros: Very nice staff, everything.
Cons: Having hashbrowns at breakfast.
Location: Close to everything. Including The New Club, which is dead good.
Stayed on my own in a wee room. Had all the facilities I required and the people were absolutly delightful. Clean and comfy, good position. Enjoyed the cakes.

A wonderful time in BrightonPosted Apr 26, 2015 on Hotels
The Brighton House is more of a Bed and breakfast than a Hotel. I would highly Recommend. The friendliness of the staff and location can not be beat. The breakfast is spectacular. The building overlooks a beautiful square and you can get a view of the sea.

Very Happy StayersPosted Apr 21, 2015 on Hotels
As a last minute booking we were pleasantly surprised. We could not fault the service, and the breakfast we were presented with was fantastic. It was a shame we only had a short stay there.

Superb!Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: It would be nice if staff could introduce themselves upon arrival or wear a name badge.
I had a two-day visit and felt 'at home' and comfortable in the hotel. A beautiful Regency building close to the sea and shopping centre as well as the Pavilion, gardens, restaurants and theatre. The room was small but adequate for a short stay. The stairs could be quite challenging for some people. Nice to have tea/coffee in the room as well as fresh fruit. Wonderful breakfast and cake available to guests.
