This hotel is old and classy enjoyed our stay lovely bar and pleasant staff, car park signing on arrival is not good very dark and hard to navigate but only negative as consession is appreciated. Lovely resort the lanes area brilliant and querky pubs.

Close to the beach and centre. Really friendly Staff. Was quite expensive so expected a bigger room but it was generally a nice hotel.

Pros: Location and staff.
Location: Close to the Lanes and Brighton Centre.
Enjoyed our staff. Very polite and helpful staff. Room quite small and basic but very clean and ok for short stay.

Location: great location on the sea front and close to lovely restaurants
My room was excellent with a sea view which was a delight! Only down side was the TV signal wasn't great and the screen was fuzzy!

Excellent stay at a great hotel. We stayed in a family room as it was the cheaper option with the winter discount, and it was a really big room, lots of space and large bed. Shower took a little while to heat up but nothing major. Pool was great, lovely facilities. Breakfast was superb, wide variety of food and all well sourced. The breakfast room too, was beautiful! Very happy, would come again, perhaps once the renovations are complete on some rooms.

The worst Hilton on the planet.

The restaurant service was terrible, our valentines dinner was ruined. First they forgot the strawberries dipped in chocolate, then delivered our drinks to another table. then they sent the starters to a different table. they gave us butter on a plate for our rolls that had been used by another table. They had run our of duck breast so gave my wife a chicken breast instead - yet charged the full price of the duck. the rosti that came with it was like wood. in fact the entire meal was terrible. When we enquired as to where the restaurant manager was - the supervisor said he was on holiday, but that was an advantage as we would have had a worse meal if he was in. Then at breakfast they cleared my wife's plate away whilst she was eating. The they were refurbishing some parts of the hotel, meaning it was in a bit of a state. Would I go here again - No Way !
