Nice stay but noisyPosted Aug 26, 2014
Cons: fix window
Location: Wetherspoons great food, and relatively inexpensive. The Italian Way, superb Restaurant.
Room was by front door, so internally and externally noisy. Broken latch on window allowed excess noise into room at night, traffic, kids etc all served to disturb sleep.

Good LocationPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Its cleanliness and location and reasonable rates.
Cons: beds were metal with sharp edges and quite short. Hubby is 6'3 and his legs hung well over the edge if he layed flat out.
Location: Location is good. a few nearby places for breakfast. Easily walk to all attractions.
We arrived on time and was given the key, we established we did not need a parking permit. We did not need any advice about the area as we have been many times. Check Out: When we went to check out at 9.30am the door was opened a fraction the key took and the door quickly shut again. We were a bit taken aback. However it was a well decorated and well kept property.

Clean, convenient but poor customer servicePosted Aug 11, 2014
Cons: Hosts attitude
This guest house was in a good location, was very clean and was just what we needed for a reasonably priced weekend away. However before we arrived we got a very bad impression of the place. Unfortunately we could not get to hastings within the check in times, and as it was my own fault for booking the room when we could not arrive within these hours i fully accepted and understood when i recieved a text saying we would have to find somewhere else to stay for our first night in hastings if we could not arrive on time. However the tone in which this text was written was incredibly rude and unnecessarily aggressive. Although the host was polite when we arrived the following day i felt extremely uncomfortable and put off.

Well, it was ok, you get what you pay forPosted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: It was very close to the centre of Hastings.
Cons: Although the room and facilities were very clean and relatively comfortable, the walls are very thin so you can hear everyone else moving around.
Location: It's a few minutes walk from Hastings town centre, but the town centre is pretty tired and scruffy. There are a number of places to eat.
We booked the Millifont at the last minute as it was in the right location. However people need to be aware that all you get is a room and a very small shower/toilet room; the parking is in a nearby multi-storey carpark for which vouchers are provided (so it's effectively free), and there is no food included in the price. For not a great deal more you could get a room at the nearby Travelodge

Mostly happy with the stayPosted Jun 14, 2013
Pros: Clean room, good location
Cons: Noise from outside and next rooms
Location: Only a few minutes from Hastings railway station and less than 10 minutes to town centre
Seems like the hotel is family-run and all the staff were friendly and kind. My room was on the street side and it was a bit noisy outside at night, though I had a good sleep. I wish my bed had been a bit harder. Close to the railway station, town centre and sea, which I liked. My room was very clean and so was the shared bathroom. I could hear the guests in the next room quite clearly and had to give up using a hair dryer in my room before 8:30 am, otherwise I might have bothered them. On the day I checked out, they kindly let me leave my suitcase there for a few hours after checking out, which really help out.

Comfy place!Posted May 24, 2013
Pros: Convenience on the room
Cons: Small shower, really loud toilet
Location: Close to everything
Such a comfortable place, really good value for money. Close to everywhere so you'll have no trouble getting to town. The room was nice and clean too. To be honest, we just didn't want to leave!
