Its all in the (design) details

Pros: Attention to detail and Lots of Smiles
Location: Brilliant location -short walk to 'town' and great restaurants and pubs nearby
Delightdul place - with really friendly and helpful staff. They seriously know how to smile here! One of the most pleasing parts of the stay is e attention to decorative detail in the Art Deco / Art Noveau theme... Right through to the cutlery and teacups in our room. Breakfast is also terrific (claim your Scottish ancestry and enjoy porridge with an iced whisky - undoubtedly a perfect start to the day) Only small thing was a hiccup with the wifi - not their fault and fixed as fast as possible... And be prepared for a fairly small bathroom I'd most definitely stay here again

Fantastic stay

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
There is nothing to not like about this hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble for any of them. Everywhere was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, about 10/15 minute walk to the town centre, the seafront was at the bottom of the road. Breakfast was delicious. If you are lucky you can get a car parking space on the road outside. You get a permit from the hotel which cost £10 for 24 hours. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and it would certainly be my first choice if l need to stay in Brighton in the future.

Albergo fantasma

Posted Jul 10, 2015

Boutique hotel -very central

Pros: Friendly and always helpful staff.
Fantastic staff -so helpful in forwarding a converter plug which I had left behind. Breakfasts were so good- great variety and beautifully cooked. Only problem with heavy bags and poor knees is that there is no lift for the 3 floors. Great position and would certainly stay there again.

Great location easy walk to the lanes, the Pavillion, the Pier etc. plenty of good bars & restaurants nearby. The staff are lovely, the room was comfy & very clean and we had a great time in Brighton with Paskins as our base.

Pros: Close to the seafront and the port. Great breakfast.
Location: There's a very nice walk to a mill going east, just following a lovely path over the cliff -one hour and a half walking-.
Great service. I booked a single bedroom with shared bathroom and it was really really good. Breakfast just amazing! Congrats to the staff!

Great, friendly hotel with a good location. Very close to the beach and close to the centre. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was nicely decorated in an Art Deco style. Very good varied options for breakfast. Will definitely return.

Gorgeous room, amazing homemade breakfast, clean

Pros: I loved their commitments to sustainability and locally-sourced food and toiletries. Beautiful room. Everything had a personal and humorous touch.
Cons: Nothing - it was perfect!
Location: Brighton Pier less than 10 minute walk, many pubs and restaurants nearby.
I was inspired by Paskin's efforts to be green - I would stay there many times again just for that. The room was beautiful, nice big shower in the ensuite, not overly pricey considering the area, very short walk to Brighton Pier and the seaside.

Friendly attentive staff. Received a complimentary upgrade both times I stayed there. Breakfast is excellent and useful that it starts at 7:30
