“breakfast”

lovely and warm in room but when breakfast came very dissaponted the breakfast had been cooked hours agoo not good could not eat it all dryed up hotet lovely in a nice position would like to come back to area but car parking charges would put any body off

“Sleepless night, drunk guest!!”

Unfortunatley staff seems under pressure at busy times, especially breakfast time. A very drunk visitor / guest arrived in bar at closing time who was insulting which completely cleared bar in 5 mins flat.... not sure if this is his job!! Then kept awake most of night by a european couple with the volumn on thier TV up very loud and talking like they were at a football match all night!! Did call reception but unfortunately they had just popped out to get more beers!! Whole hotel needs some TLC. Overall cant fault staff or lovley old building right at the start of the pier.

“Rowdy Night”

Could not get any sleep owing to football party making noise all night, staff did nothing to help
