Extremely expensive, and yet the single worst hotel experience I've ever had. Bad bed, poor service and noisy room. Avoid!

Pros: Good price, near beach, pier and shops/restaurants. Nice to use swimming pool and sauna.
Cons: More range of tea and coffee on tray in room, more milk pots as sometimes people like a milkier cup of tea. Free toiletries for two instead of one.
Location: Close by Brighton Pier and the wheel. Close to "The Lanes" shopping area. Good choice of shops and restaurants nearby.
I booked this hotel after looking through different websites including trip advisor. My friend and I went to Brighton for two nights wed-fri. It was a little bit of a walk from the train station but being close to restaurants and shops made up for it. We had a nice large room, twin bedded and nice ensuite. We came by train so we didn't need parking, parking is very expensive in Brighton and hard to find. We used the swimming pool and the sauna, that was nice to have that option and it was good that even though you had to check out at 11am they had a room for your luggage and you could keep using the hotel facilities until 6pm just in case you fancied another swim. It was ok for the money but our room was opposite a restaurant and it was a bit noisy in the street at night. Staff were ok and breakfast was ok.

Pros: Location, room size, helpful staff.
Cons: It felt like it was a work in progress, some of the décor needs attention particularly in reception and our bathroom, breakfasts need more variety
Location: Beach, Lanes, North Lanes, Hove and Kemp Town, easy distance from Railway.
Excellent location opposite beach and on the edge of the Lanes great value for money, if its opulence and fancy décor then this is not for you, if its comfort, friendly welcome and helpful staff then the Queens represents great value, would stay again and recommend this Hotel.

Location: Very close to pier and town centre
Really good room with great views of the pier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Would recommend this hotel to both couples and families.

Close to brighton pier and Brighton convention centre , shops and in particular the lanes plus cafes and bars .Breakfast had great quality and choice. Gave us late check out till 2 pm as one of our party if 3 in huge triple room was sick and had also arranged paramedic to attend.room318 had side partial side view of ocean. It was very warm inside which was good in March . Pool and sauna nice but the dressing room area was shabby.

Had a really pleasant stay at The Queens Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and was tidied daily. The staff were very accommodating and available 24 hours. Breakfast was nice. The only negative was the gym/sauna area, which had a damp smell and wasn't as well kept as the hotel.
