“Cheap bed with out breakfast.”

Good value [ free parking ] . Big clean and tidy room big tv, kettle etc.. However we couldn't relax as another room had two dogs that did not stop barking ! This was not a problem at night but the noise from the traffic is quite bad. The pub itself had no people in it so noise was not an issue, no atmosphere either. You wouldn't want to spend the evening there put it that way. Overall good value dogs put me off though....

You expect a certain amount of tattiness when you don't pay much, and i am not the complaining or bad review type, but i had booked a shared facilites room, the shower room itself had been done up, but the shower cubicle was filthy and not cleaned in the 3 nights of my stay AT all, no one came in to make up the room or resupply tea materials sink in the room had a absolute mat of hair down the plug hole tv was broken although it was replaced when i mentioned it there wer two chars, one broken and one pc desk style chair that i could not even bear to sit on it was so dirty, and if you saw the inside of my van you would be very surprised at that sort of statement unable to close blind properly as the twisty thing missing and picky, but seriuosly, they couldn't manage to put a toilet roll holder on the wall of the shared toilet? It's a shame, as the location could have made this my regular stop in Brighton (about 4 times a year) but i will defnately be looking elsewhere
