Short break

Posted Jan 25, 2015
Pros: Kind, helpful staff, lovely room, great seaview.
Cons: Keep going!
Location: Brighton pier and an excellent diner, jb's nearby, good for shopping and sightseeing.
I am disabled and the kindness and trouble the staff went to was exceptional. In the end I could not travel but my son and his partner had a great time, the staff upgraded them and were very kind and helpful, they had a delightful stay.

Spacious rooms, and very comfortable.

Posted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: The staff team are first rate
Cons: I have no problems with the hotel. It is competatively priced, and achieves a standard far higher than the price suggests
Location: Brighton is an incredible location, with a great deal to do. This hotel went to considerable legths to inform me of the options
I liked this hotel and would happily return. In an area with many hotels, how do you seperate them? Easy. The staff here are first class, supportive with excellent communication skills

Can't go wrong for the money.

Posted Jan 18, 2015
Pros: Staff, room, bathroom, value for money, location
Cons: The cooked breakfast, the smell of smoke in the non smoking room
Hotel was very cheap for a very pleasant double room. For only £40 we weren't expecting the Ritz. The room we had which was 315 was cosy and warm considering the weather and the decoration was up to date and quite pleasant. The bathroom was spotless and very modern. Only thing lacking was a shower curtain considering all the water on the floor. Apart from the waitress in the morning, hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and were more than happy to help with any queries. Excellent location, short walking distant from the pier and clubs/bars/restaurants and the discount in the NCP was a nice bonus. The only downsides were the stale smell of smoke when we first arrived in our room(even though it was a non smoking room) and the cooked breakfast but for £6 for 2 people it was adequate with fresh fruit and cereal available.

Good view of the beach, a very functional hotel.

Posted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: Location to all the bits we wanted to see.
Cons: The water system.
Location: Read previous entry.
Very windy couple of days which did make sleeping a bit interesting as the wind played havoc with the windows. The water system was a bit noisy as well but overall it's a well positioned hotel, close to the main shops, the lanes and the sea front. You can't go wrong for a competitively priced stay.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Lovely big sea view room, little bit noisy but what do you expect from a hotel on the seafront?! I sleep like a log anyway. Would definitely go back again though a bit overpriced but that's brighton in general.

Situation idéale

Posted Jan 3, 2015

Was very handy for the Brighton Centre

Posted Dec 21, 2014
Pros: The cost of a nights stay. for two, cost less then a late night taxi home
Cons: For the short stay, nothing. The room had everything that was needed.
Location: Central to most anything you might fancy in Brighton
I needed a nights stay in Brighton so as to see a show at the Brighton Centre
