Excellent location - missing somethingPosted Dec 5, 2013
Ideally located, basic but functional room. Public areas and corridors need decorating. Helpful / professional staff on reception. Overall lacks character / intimacy.

Pros: price and location
Location: very good location and surroundings ...
It's an acceptable hotel with the price we paid. Internet was much too slow!

This hotel is in the perfect locationPosted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: Location, price, staff, clean & modern
Cons: Larger TVs
Location: Probably 2 minutes from the Lanes and with a sea view, what more do you need to know, it's in the centre of everything!
It's bang on the seafront, lovely modern rooms with a view to the sea, staff are great, very easy going, friendly and helpful. For the price, I would be surprised if you can do better in Brighton given the amazing location? Our deal didn't include breakfast, which at £4.95 is great value, full English & Continental buffet - The decor in the restaurant is a bit bonkers, but hey, it's Brighton ;) - I thoroughly recommend this hotel on every level, the only minus, and to be fair I feel almost rude saying this, the TV's are a touch on the small side, but my eyesight is rubbish.....so please excuse.

Just a 2 full day stay.Posted Nov 10, 2013
Pros: Close to evrrything.
Cons: The bed, why do Hotels bolt to sinle beds together, most uncomfortable if you finf the join and it takes up so much space.
Location: Right on the beach front evrrything is in walking distamce.
Saw the main attractions, The Lanes, Pier, Royal Pavilion and beach. Many restaurants with good choices of menus within walking distance and loads of shops.

Don't BotherPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Not a lot, except the front door as I was leaving.
Cons: Probably not enough space to give you an answer.
Location: Convenient for the location I needed to be in.
1# Windows so dirty you could hardly see out of them. 2# Not double glazed. 3# kept awake until the early hours 3:30 am by the noise outside with all the shouting by people coming out of the clubs in the side street. 4# Extremely cramped room.

Prime location for a visit BrightonPosted Nov 1, 2013
Pros: excellent location, straight down from the station at the seafront, close to everything
Cons: art on the wall above the bed "life is too short for a cheap wine", not really conducive to a peaceful stay..?
Staff was helpful, the initial room was rather small with a partially blocked sink, but after changing to a higher floor got a bigger room with a nice bathroom. Overall the quality was better than expected, with tea and coffee making facilities and toilettries in the bathroom. Wi-fi throughout was very good to have. Cannot complain about the bed. the room was facing at the back with no view, but could have been upgraded for a room with a sea-view with additional 20 pounds. Stayed there mid-week, so was no issue with noise, however the hotel surrounde by at least 5 nightclubs, so staying there friday or saturday night may have been a different experience.

Location: Brighton is very nice.
Good experience in a double room. Some noise from outside. Near the sea.
