It was about what I expected. The only things that I didn't like were that they wouldn't hold a room for you. We paid for the room two months in advance. We told them at the time that we would arrive around 2:00 am. We told them again a few days before we came, and again a few hours before we came. Nevertheless, when we arrived, they said that they were about to give away our room to a person who had just called to ask for a room. I also didn't like that the room smelled of smoke and had an ashtray, even though it was non-smoking, and that the room was too hot, even with the heat off. Overall, the room and the hotel were ok. It was reasonably quiet, clean, and safe. The price was very good.

Sink and tub did not drain water. Carpet was not vacuumed great and bed sheet had brown stains. On arrival bed only had a single sheet and a thin unpadded bed cover. Would have liked comforter or larger blanket.

This property is “police friendly” meaning this hotel is a crime hot spot. It smelled smokey and dated. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The bathroom was small and did not seem clean. The water was hot though. We did check for signs of bedbugs, and did not see any. The man that checked us in at the desk was fine. We did survive the night, but next time, I would spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

I booked 3 weeks prior to my stay and paid extra for non smoking room because my room has asthma. The owner called me 3 days before my trip to Confirm that we were coming because they are overbooked. We arrived at 3pm to check it. The room was not ready. We waited u til 3:30. When we get to the room, it s still dirty and the lady just started cleaning. They gave me a smoking room and they are fully booked. We had to stay and had no choice . It s a very bad experience and disappointed.

the place was absolutely filthy. The lobby, the elevator, the hallways, the carpet all need to be cleaned. this place felt like a homeless shelter. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. The staff is very kind and respectful, this place it just filthy and is not maintained for cleanliness. The room also smelled horrible.

The outside of the building was very shabby. The room was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. It had some substance smeared on the wall. We had to ask for blankets. The pull out bed from couch had food in between the cushions. The mattress was stained, smelly and no sheets or blankets. The catpet was sticky.

We requested a non smoking room, our son has bad asthma- the room was horrible with marijuana smoke! The front desk would not accommodate! Both nights we stayed there were party’s and arguing around 1/2 pm. There was not a phone in the room and where the blow Dryer should have been it looked to be ripped off the wall.

I arrived about 345-350 for check in and was told my room wouldn’t be ready until about 5pm when they would be done cleaning due to the hotels full capacity and limited staff. Upon getting into my room, which is supposed to be non smoking, I opening up the nightstand to find cigarette butts and ashes. In addition, my smoke detector was beeping due to low battery. I informed the front desk of the the cigarettes and smoke detector on my way out to an event that I was now late for because of late check in. I returned to my room and the cigarette ashes and butts had not been cleaned. I was told they cannot get someone to fix the smoke detector until the next morning. Not happy with the facilities and cleanliness. The staff was nice and apologetic but that can only go so far.
