"Distressed Passenger seeking Refuge"
I was informed that my flight was cancelled. Therefore I had to get a new flight and a new hotel room. From my then, room I could see the Wyndham and admired how nice it appeared. As luck would have it, it was available on my travel site. I booked, packed and moved. My room was not ready due to it being sold out the day prior. So, I left my bag and proceeded to enjoy the Frozen Big Apple, one more day. Upon returning to the hotel, I was given a room on the 16th floor. I was blown away, how gorgeous the room is. There's 4 panels of ceiling to floor windows in the sleeping/sitting area facing an uptown view, framing the Empire State building and it's neighboring landmark buildings. Even the bathroom had one pane of window that shared the same views. Everything is new and clean and fresh feel to it. Desk and chair set, great. Sitting chair under the wall mounted television, great. Closet great. The bathroom has a frosted glass door with all the latest decorations and furnishings that would easily make this a 4 star property. Great bathroom, great space, nice lighting. The only bad thing I had to say is, too bad I didn't have more time at this hotel. I really would have enjoyed exploring all it has to offer. I understand there is an incredible roof top bar. Next time. I will repeat.

"great boutique hotel in soho"
Great location, fabulous beds, linens, bathrooms, amenities. Just make sure you don't have a room in front or on a lower floor. The rooms start on Level 3 but the lobby is on Level 2 and can be very noisy, as can the street at night especially on a weekend. I've been there a few times, this time solo and they put me on the 3rd floor in front. After 5 minutes I called and said it was too noisy and they managed to find me a room on the 7th floor in the back. They were great!

"Best experience in NYC"
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. It's only about 2-3 minutes walk to subway. It's in Chinatown, so it was very convenient to get some food from the small restaurants almost anytime during the day or evening. This is one of my best experience living in NYC.

"Perfectly situated in East Village."
From valet parking to check-in then onto our room on the 16th floor - absolutely perfect. Front desk staff extremely welcoming and courteous. Room was immaculate, bed and pillows the most comfortable and luxurious. Small but well appointed supplied with everything you would possibly need. On-site restaurants were wonderful with excellent service and menus. Near Washington Square, the Village, shopping, pubs and coffee shops. Terrific location with a neighborhood feel.

"Great hotel and wonderful location"
This was my second time staying here and it's been wonderful each time. Front Desk service was delightful! Jeffrey was great to talk to and offered many fantastic recommendations. The only thing was our heat didn't seem to work in the room. But, there were extra blankets so we just used that. Awesome heated floors in the bathrooms.
