“Can't wait to go back - my favorite hotel in South Africa”

Everything was wonderful. Upon turning on the TV, my boyfriend's last name was displayed, welcoming us to the hotel. Our view was fantastic. The breakfast was abundant and had all of our "American" breakfast foods, which was nice to have in another country when finding food you really like is sometimes difficult. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gym was very cool. It looks out over the ocean and along the boardwalk. It has these new exercise machines that use vibrations to help you work out. My boyfriend and I tried them and loved them. They also have the regular exercise equipment as well. The bar was great. The bartenders were very friendly and we carried on a nice conversation. There was also a large tv showing the world cup games, which was definitely a plus. The bathroom was unlike any I had seen before. The shower got the bathroom floor a bit wet due to the design, but it wasn't something that caused a large problem. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

“Nice Business Hotel”

An excellent business hotel, across the street from a busy surfing beach. Pool very small, but lovely outdoor deck and patio of the resturaunt. Close to the airport. Room very modern and clean.

“Unhappy times”

Poor service, wrong rooms upon arrival despite thrice checking, water not replaced, restaurant staff rude, taxis not booked, concrete cancer under pool/above carpark, and so the list goes on with upto two major problems on each of our four day stay. I'm writing a formal complaint we were so disappointed.
