Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den indischen Ozean. Toller SPA Bereich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Rezeptionspersonal könnte etwas schneller und freundlicher sein.

Great location to NMMU

Pros: Everything but will not share a room with a friend again as the modern rather open bathroom can be awkwards at times
Cons: Nothing
Location: Visiting daughter studying at NMMU so great location to that
Booked for 3 nights as great location and facility

Beautiful, peaceful hotel

Pros: The unclutterd rooms
Cons: Reception area rather small for size of hotel. Few condiments left. There was no caffeine containing coffee. Had to leave early without a cup!
Location: Had no time to explore
Was allocated to a beautiful room that was overlooking the beach. The early morning views and breeze were refreshing and relaxing. Spent very little time in the hotel as I was out most of the time. Will make an effort to stay longer and enjoy the luxuries.

Mostly Satisfactory

A pleasant enough place with an appropriate level of comfort for price. Staff helpful and polite. Restaurant was satisfactory - but waitress a bit confused. Room service was not satisfactory at all.

Not what I expected...

Location: Very central.
Nice hotel. Lovely location. Room open plan to bathroom, not what I expected. Poor room service. On two occasions room not serviced until I asked way past 1pm. Service in lounge/bar appalling... actually had to beg someone to serve us. On two occasions at breakfast had to leave without having coffee as no-one had offered & needed to leave... Food at breakfast was satisfactory. Porters and security excellent... otherwise, I would seriously think of re-training staff or getting rid of some...

This is a business hotel

Pros: Good for business travellers
Cons: The Tabu restaurant needs to be improved. See my earlier comments.
Location: The hotel is close to the business centre of Port Elizabeth but at the same time is situated in a holiday resort.
The room was very comfortable with an excellent view over the beach which is close by. The wifi internet in the room worked well. The restaurant serves a good breakfast with a good selection of food although the coffee was poor. Ask to be served a capuccino which will be freshly made. Unfortunately in the evening the Tabu restaurant is poor. The menu is restricted and is overpriced. I advise people staying in this hotel to eat in one of the many restaurants close to the hotel.

Albergo impeccabile

Pros: La vista sul mare e la camera con una parete completamente finestrata. Ottima colazione a buffet.
Albergo in stile business adatto ad ogni tipo di clientela. Ben posizionato vicino al mare ma a qualche chilometro dal centro. Camera pulita e confortevole con splendida vista sull’oceano. Vicino a due centri commerciali, molto pratico per raggiungere l’aeroporto.

Focus on improve more clean

We had to ask to renew the bed as we had impression it was not clean. During breakfast we had a dirty tissue. Overall cleaning needs to be imoroved. Rooms are very noisy and The cleaning start early and makes lot of noise2.

PE Radisson Blu Hotel
