Absolutely best price for quality, location & datePosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Just about everything, but especially the staff, every single one of whom seemed delighted to accommodate us in any way they could.
Cons: The place isn't new. Carpets though clean were worn and very dark.
Location: Shopping and eating in Easton, Chestertown, St. Michaels were a delight.
There are generally three things I want in a hotel: availability of smoking rooms, a balcony or windows that open, and a refrigerator. Comfort Inn's Expedia description gave me only one--a smoking room. But on arrival when I asked about the fridge, they promised they'd get it and a microwave to our room asap. And they did. So fast, in fact, that fridge/MW were in place even before we fiished unloading the car. And, because we were on the second floor and in a corner, accessed via stairs and gallery, we had access to a public "balcony" in a very private, open space. Parking was plentiful and always available within steps of our room. An almost-atrium area connecting the main and two extension wings contained a large pool, trees, tables & umbrellas, and a well-kept lawn. Three of us managed comfortably in double-bedded room, plenty of room for hang-ups, ironing, computer set-ups, etc., and the immaculate bathroom area contained an ample countertop (with coffee-maker and fixings) with working electrical outlets and adequate shower/toilet room with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable and attractively made. The air conditioning WORKED. Staff was efficient and happy. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Pleasantly surprised in EastonPosted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: Room cards were sometimes difficult to open the doors.
Location: Many eating and shopping places.
We had a wedding in nearby St. Michaels and did not want to spend the big bucks there. We could not have had a better experience anywhere even for more money. It wasn't luxurious but the rooms were very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate. The staff could not have been more helpful. As I said I was pleasantly surprised.

Pros: Clean room and breakfast was nice. A lot to offer in the room as well.
Cons: To offer a later check out 1p.m.
Location: It mentions it was 10 miles from St Michael's but that is not true it was farther.
Very nice stay for 2 nights. Left behind a item called a DaVita plastic lap used for my daughters dialysis. Called the front desk and housekeeping, Laundry and the Laundry section she would have her supervisor call me about this item.

The young lady that works check-in counter at night was horrible, unprofessional, and not courteous!

not my favoritePosted Jun 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
i thought the hotel was not up to my standards as the hotel seemed a little run down. If i was just stopping through, I would potentially stay here but not for a continued stay or a whole weekend. Too expensive for the quality I was receiving. The hotel workers were however very nice.

Great place to stayPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
My family has stayed here two Memorial Day weekends in a row, and the hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and overall a great place to stay! The breakfast buffet is also quite extensive.

Incredibly nice staffPosted Dec 7, 2013
Cons: Can't think of anything that could be improved.
Location: Lovely location, close to an excellent high-end thrift store! Of course, nearby St Michaels is gorgious. We came to attend a wedding in St Michaels.
The staff was helpful from beginning to end. The breakfast was terrific, all you can eat, with lots of choices. We were very grateful, as this was a much lower cost hotel than any others around. The room was small and not exactly elegant, but big enough to accommodate two of us more than adequately.
