“Superior Hampton Hospitality”

This was our second stay at the Hampton in Easton. Service was even better this visit. My husband was not feeling well and the staff made very effort to ensure his comfort suggesting the complimentary hot tea, late check-out, extra pillows.....The hotel is well-located, easy to find, and near downtown and sight-seeing spots. Our first visit included a visit to St. Michaels and Oxford with excellent directions, maps, and brochures provided by the caring, informed staff. The Queenstown Outlet Mall is not terribly far from Easton...and includes upscale shops such as St. Johns as well as Chicos, J. Crew, LL Bean and much much more... The Breakfast Buffet at Hampton Easton is substantial and FRESH! Try it! You'll LOVE it!!

“Came Here for a Wedding”

I came to the Hampton Inn Easton for a wedding. I came with a group and we hada reservation for 3 rooms. My room was not yet available (It was 2:30 and check in time was 3:00), and I had to wait about 15 minutes to check in. Everyone in my party had to be at the rehearsal at 4pm, so time was tight, but the staff did everything they could to get my room ready. They even offerred me coffee while I was waiting. It was cold, and so the coffee was great. I made it to the rehearsal. The rooms were excellent. Also, I had my computer and the WiFi service was free. I have never understtod why some hotels charge so much for WiFi service. I tend to stay away from those hotels. Overall a great stay at this Hampton Inn. I have been at other Hampton Inns across the country, and they all are well above average for comfort.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The location is great -very close to downtown Easton and an easy drive to St. Michaels, Oxford, etc. The hotel is well-maintained with spacious rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice extra touches --cookies and milk for a bedtime snack, mints passed out after breakfast. Highly recommended!

“Great Hotel, Understaffed, Noisy Room”

The facility for a Chain hotel was really nice, new and clean and well equipped. But you got the impression that only two or three people were on duty at any time day or night in the entire hotel. Location is a short drive to downtown Easton and right on the Eastbound side of Highway 50. That's also the problem: our room was right on the highway and with all the drapes shut it was noisy. As one of our party was recovering from a medical procedure and having trouble sleeping anyway, it made for a tortuous night for him. Rate was reasonable for the facility, but they need to hire more staff. Maybe they need to lobby for a highway noise barrier for the noise.
