“Nice stay”

It was just my husband and I in a room with a queen size bed. Love the sleep number bed. The shower had great water pressure and was just the right temperature. I liked having a thermostat on the wall to adjust the temperature. We had a nice balcony overlooking the docks. I was able to get a great wifi connection in the room. It was neat and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed in a competitor hotel many times- okay but only because there wasn't anything else available when I first started visiting this area 35 years ago. Chose the Hilton Garden because it had a reasonably priced suite available when traveling with a couple of teenaged kids recently. Was so impressed with the quality of hotel, that I'll stay there in the future even when traveling alone. Nice balcony overlooking water to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktail. Soft, thick towels and comfortable beds. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent food choices at breakfast buffet.

“Heaven on the Chesapeake”

Hotel was great and service was eatraordinary. View from our suite across the Chesapeake was fabulous. Plenty of good eating places within walking distance. Outlet shopping was about 6 miles away with every store you can imagine. We went there for our 40th. wedding anniversary and will definitely return again.

“Perfect place to stay between St. Michael and Annapolis”

perfectly located between St. Michael and Annapolis, take day trips to these locations and eat dinner at the many options that are within a few blocks of the hotel, we had great crabs at Harris and a fantastic dinner at the Narrows

“All that you could want in a hotel experience!”

We were greeted with a smile. The check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean,and inviting.The ammentities were all excellent. They provided tea,coffee, cream,etc. They also provided exra items like shampoo, conditioner,and mouthwash. The balcony was roomy and well designed to provide a lovely view.The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.It was a lovely experience.

I have stayede at this hotel several times since it was built and have always been satisfied with the rooms and the attentiveness of the staff. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in the area.

“A Great Family Gathering”

First time we had ever stayed at this particular location. 16 of us gathered for a holiday celebration. Had dinne nearby. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and confortable. Lobby was nicely decorated. Can't say enough nice things.

“Big Thumbs Up. Great view”

We stayed there new Year's Eve. Hotel staff was wonderful and stay was very pleasant - we had a corner room on top floor with spectacular views of the Bay and The Jetty. The breakfast, while not free, was very reasonable ($10.95 each, kids were less, a la carte also an option), with plenty of food. The desk staff was able to accommodate our request to put our friends who were checking in at different time on the same floor, as well as they extended our check-out time with no problem at all. Beds were very comfortable, although the pull out couch in the sitting area was only a single bed not a full/queen. The only comment is on the design of the room - we traveled with two kids and had a 1 bedroom "suite" but in order for the seating area to have the great views of bay and balcony, the bedroom is not closed off or private. When you enter the room, you enter directly into the bedroom, walk past bathroom and through the bedroom to reach the closed off sitting area so there is no privacy for those in the bedroom. Also, the refrigerator/microwave/coffee station are in the "bedroom" and would be more convenient if placed in the sitting area, away from the beds. But - that was minor, and the Hilton is now our first preference whenever we stay at Kent Isand. Big thumbs up.

“Disappointing weekend stay”

There were 3 of us. Very noisy with people in hallways after 2am. We had to call Security at 2:30am due to people arguing loudly outside our door. It continued after we called. We could not sleep. We have used this hotel before and were disappointed that this behavior is not controlled somehow after midnight. We told the person at the desk when we left and she offered free breakfast, however we had another obligation. As annual visitors to this hotel, this was the most disappointing weekend and I suggest Security somehow patrols the hallways after hours to check on noise.
