Children under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision.

“Mostly great service”
This was my 2nd stay at the HRCB and although the rates are typically quite high, the amenities and location of the hotel are excellent. This time the hotel was seriously overbooked and they were seeing if people would stay one for free in a room with only pull out beds. We agreed to this for one night of our stay for the free room and it worked out fine. The service was great they called to make sure we were fine with the room and the sleeping arrangements the first night and moved to a room with a king bed for the rest of our stay. The only probalem happened during check out. We prepaid for the rooms and they said they could not refund our money for the free night only give us credit at the hotel. This was unacceptable to us and finally we got a manager to give a refund of the money for the room but not until we paid at the business center for computer time and printouts to get the details from our Expedia account.
“Would not return”
I will not return to this hotel. The food was expensive and of poor quality. For a Hyatt. I would expect better quality and service. There were SO many children that the noise level of the lobby was tremendous. You could not get near the fire or in the pool there were so many kids. I had to upgrade to get a better view, only to have my credit card charged twice. Parking was so far away in freezing temperatures. The spa treatment was nice, but they did not have enough seats in the "prep" room. This was an expensive mistake staying at this property.
“A Gem at River's Edge”
The Hyatt Regency in Cambridge, Maryland offers a picturesque setting to enjoy nature, while staying in a luxurious hotel. There are so many recreational activities for all ages. The peace and quiet within our room allowed us to enjoy a restful night. What a great location to start our vacation and explore Maryland's Eastern Shore.
“Can't wait to go back”
So many romantic hideawy spots. Also would be a wonderful family get away. Huge inviting fireplaces. Love the outdoor hot tub!
