Charming historical place in a great town.Posted Jun 20, 2015
Location: There are many places to eat, and everything we had was great. So many places are in walking distance, and the architecture and history of the town i
The bed and breakfast is a set of buildings in wonderful St. Michaels. We were able to check in before the scheduled check in of 3, a nice plus. The innkeeper gave us great food recommendations for lunch. The room was clean and we stayed in the Kemp house. Our room was at the front of the house (Silk Blossom) and I think next time, I'd like to find a room in one of the buildings that's a little further back in the house. The room was adjacent to the wonderful porch on the front of the Kemp House, and you will hear Talbot Street traffic and patron's voices on the porch from that room. It was nice to get coffee from Blue Heron and sit on the porch in the morning. Lovely surroundings, serene and quaint. Breakfast was wonderful, and I could have easily chosen either option. In addition, muffins and cereal were laid out as well. Delicious! Everyone was cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. We'll be back, I'm sure!

200 years nice!Posted Jun 20, 2015
A weekday getaway with my wife and we had a nice relaxing stay. We stayed in the actual red brick building(circa 1816). Comfortable room with a jetted tub right in the heart of town. Many eating/drinking options on the main road and just a few blocks from the harbor. Only minor issue was our room, which faced the main road, did allow for too much noise from the street.

Cons: Sorry no comments for this area..
Location: Location was convenient for shopping, restaurants and unlimited leisurely walks. The tour guide at the maritime museum was friendly and informative.
As I said above room accommodations, breakfasts and parking were great. Location very convenient.

Absolutely charming!Posted May 20, 2015
Perfect location in the village of St Michael to walk around, charming and old historical buildings with lovely courtyard and, best of all, friendly staff serving wonderful breakfast!! Being an old building, bathroom is small but we were out and about so it wasn't an issue.

Fabulous Inn KeepersPosted Apr 16, 2015
Veronica and John make everyone feel at home. We're quite familiar with St Mikes but Veronica gave us recommend for a terrific restaurant in Royal Oak that was a highlite of our getaway.

Friendly B&B with a gourmet breakfast!!!Posted Apr 6, 2015 on Hotels
This Bed and Breakfast was a wonderful surprise! I never stayed at a B&B before and really didn't know what to expect. The innkeeper Veronica was very friendly and polite. She gave advice and info on the town as well as other B&B's in town and other places to eat. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! Gourmet breakfast by a professional chef! (the innkeepers husband "John"):-) I will definately stay here again and tell my friends about it too!

This was my first visit to the Old Brick Inn and I suspect it won't be my last. Very nice property, the innkeepers are wonderful and the breakfast was very good! The location is near (walking distance) to restaurants and shops, which makes it very convenient.

Location: Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, wine tasting, beer tasting. All excellent choices.
We staying one night in December. The inn is right on the main street. The room was cute and cozy and the owner is very friendly (and a good cook). Would definitely stay there again.
