Nice view of the DolomitesPosted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Lots of room space with a mini fridge and balcony. Very nice breakfast included. Free parking.
Cons: The rooms could use some updating.
Location: Good location with nice scenery. Taking the funicular to Rifugio Lagazuoi is a thing you should do.
The hotel is about a mile from the town's center. The free parking is always nice. Our room was huge with an upstairs and 3 baths. It could have easily slept 6 people and had a nice balcony.

Wonderful hotelPosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: Quieter location than in the town of Cortina, easy to get to, great views, excellent food. The pool is lovely.
Cons: WiFi is poor, restaurant is very expensive.
Location: Hiking, sightseeing. It's the Dolomites, and the area around is spectacular.
Stayed two nights there, enjoyed the hotel, pool, and restaurant.

Hidden GemPosted May 29, 2013
Cons: no bath tub
Location: beautiful location
This hotel is a 4 star experience by the way you are appreciated.....the moment you walk in. After a dreadful drive with our two month old in the car, we just needed a bit of pampering...although we had no idea how pampered we would be. From the reception by the bellman, the friendliness and frankness and professionalism of the manager to the down to earth server/bartender in the restaurant. This is how Italians make you feel. At home, with a little pampering. I highly recommend to couples, especially due to the location. It's at the foothills of the slope and breathtaking. The restaurant has this breathtaking view and is fit for a low key 5 star wedding reception. Trust me, we had ousr in 2010 at the Ritz in Marina del Rey and this is class. Our room was very large and had all the amenities I needed (wi-fi and a hot shower). Although a bath tub would be preferable. Great experience and a recommended stop on the way from Bayern to Venice. Great hotelPosted May 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were the only people in the hotel on our first night so we had excellent service. Staff very friendly. Pool is a great size & very warm. Good location for walking but visitors should be aware that this part of Italy is "closed" in May.

Very comfortable Italian resort hotelPosted Apr 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff could not have been more helpful in every way. The night staff picked a fantastic restaurant for us capping a wonderful two day trip to Cortina. Would absolutely stay again!

Hidden gem of of the Dolomites!Posted Jan 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Wonderful stay. I would reccommend to anyone! Out of town location the only drawback, but excellent hotel shuttle service made this only a minor inconvenience.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundsPosted Sep 17, 2012 on Hotels.com
We were very comfortable staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel had a great pool allowing a decent swim , the rooms were comfortable and very clean however a little dark due to all the brown timber and the shower was very cramped. Whilst the views were fantastic, the hotel is a long way from Cortina centre, about 3 or 4 km thus too far to walk.

Not pleased at allPosted Feb 15, 2012
Pros: The SPA is ok, but expensive. We payed about 85 eur for massage. The swimmingpool was nice, but inside was so cold, that we had no chance to use it
Location: Faraway from everything, in the middle of a very small and boring town
Not pleased at all. 1 - Breakfast: the same every day. For a 7-10 days stay, how can someone apreciate same food, not variated at all. There was just one tipe of eggs, ham and cheese. And some pastry 2 - Location: faraway from Cortina. It means about 20 euro by taxi to go and come back. The shuttle was just 4 times in the morning and 3 times at evenind. So you have to plan very detailed your exits. 3 - The room: nice but not in good condition. We had 3 times problems with the lighting sistem, twice with the heating and have no regular things in the room. No glasses, even it was a minibar in the lobby...
