The check-in staff were nice— They let me check in 15 minutes early. I came back @ 10 pm from a wedding & thought I lost my room key & was surprised to find that hotel office was locked, with lights out!? Luckily, found it in my car or I’m NOT sure what I would’ve done—slept in my car?

Shaun greeted us at check-in and was so pleasant and talkative! What a great person to have working the reception desk! The room was very clean and orderly but seemed a little old looking. Could have used some pictures on the wall. There were plenty of towels and small amenities. Everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable. The room was a little expensive for a weekend night but very reasonable during the week. I shouldn’t be surprised considering that St. Michaels is a quaint and touristy town. You need to have a car to get into town from the hotel. A continental breakfast was included. The morning we went for breakfast, there was no fruit although there were bagels and muffins and mostly sugary cereals. There was a chafing dish but nothing in it so we didn’t know whether or not there was a hot item included. We opted to have breakfast elsewhere. All in all, our stay was good.

Only one blanket. Only one face cloth. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Water pressure in the shower was non-existent barely enough to wash off the soap. Pillows were stained. At checkout the front desk would not give me a receipt. Did not sleep a wink.
