Staying in the schlossPosted Feb 17, 2014
Location: The resort was quieter than expected, but locals told us this was unusual. Still lots of fun to be had and it is beautiful.
Amazing pool, both during the day and the evening. Unexpectedly great food. Generally a great surprise all round.

ın expedia they say castle tower suit that's why we have booked 2 rooms with considering that they both will have the same standard but the rooms in the tower are totally different one of the room was good large enough but the other one was very small slightly different than the other, we have tried to change the room but since the hotel was full we get a suite again smaller than the other the information given in expedia should be changed by the hotel staff since suite areas are different than each other

No complaints!Posted Dec 18, 2013
Cons: Hard to think of anything.
Location: You really need a car to get into town and back. It would be a good 20 - 30 minute walk.
The Schloss Lebenberg is everything we expected. It has great facilities and it impeccably clean. The food is very good/ excellent. My son and I stayed for 3 nights while skiing in Kitz. We wanted a hotel with a pool, the one at the Schloss is outstanding. There were very few English guests, mostly it seems to be German/Austrian people that choose the hotel. It is about 5 minutes from the Hahnenkham lift by car. The hotel has a shuttle bus into town which runs every hour, but stops at 6pm, or at least it did while we were there. I would certainly choose to stay there again in the future.

Modern hotel in a picturesque town.Posted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: Swimming pool, views, breakfasts.
Cons: The cost of the evening meal was not made known before we sat down. When the bill arrived it was very expensive. spoilt the experience. Be careful.
Location: Outside the main town. 15 minute walk down a steep path to the town. Walking in the mountains, relaxing in the town or at the Hotel. Lake nearby.
We were on a fly drive holiday and this was our second hotel. We wanted a modern hotel and the swimming pool was fabulous being on the upper floor with a superb view. We were located in the extension to the old hotel with the room enjoying a fantastic view across to the mountains. We were able to use the cable car and go up the Hannika mountain and walk down the famous downhill ski course. Not for the faint hearted. We enjoyed the dining room for an evening meal, on the first evening, which was enhanced by someone playing the piano. The breakfasts were excellent. We would go back if we return to Kitzbuhl.

Great hotel with a great spa, dinner and breakfastPosted Feb 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed 5 days at Schloss Lebenberger. It is a great place. The dinners are fantastic (we had half board). 6 courses meals. Very very good. The breakfast is world class. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and this qualifies. The spa is also very good. The only drawback is that it is 5 minutes drive from the center, but they are offering a free shuttle. However, it ends 6pm. It cost you 10 euro to get into the city with a taxi. During the 5 day stay we stayed at the hotel, which has a nice bar. You cant go wrong with this hotel.

Excellent option for all and good value for moneyPosted Jan 4, 2013
Pros: Facilities, scenery, restaurant, staff friendliness
Cons: Room could be more charming and comfortable, however it didn't cause any harm or disappointment to the whole experience
Location: 5 min by car to the city center, with shuttle service each half an hour provided by the hotel. View of city and surroundings are nice and peaceful
We stayed in the hotel with the whole family (2 rooms) for one week before 2012 Christmas. It was beyond our expectation, given the great food and service provided during breakfast and dinner. All staff are friendly and helpful with luggage, tips, ski stuff and so on. The hotel is very relaxing, since it's located in a dead end road, at the top of a small hill, which allows for a nice view of the surroundings, especially from the swimming pool at the last floor. Sauna facilities are also very nice, with more 4 types available. Its location is 5 min or less by car from the city, which, by the way, it's very cosy. We extremely recommend the hotel, which can suit families, couples, ski and sauna fans very well.

Beautiful view of KitzbuhelPosted Apr 30, 2010 on Hotels.com
I had a wanderful stay in this hotel. It has a great sauna and pool area with a beautiful view of Kitzbuhel. The people were extremly friendly, the food was excellent. I would recommend it to everybody, who likes to get a good rest and get away from the city life.
