Good for an overnight. Clean and relatively quiet. Climate control in room was a bit feeble. Service was spotty. Had to give up on free breakfast because after 15 minutes, no one had come to take out order. Overall, seemed overpriced for the quality level.

The check in was great as we arrived a bit early and our room was easy to access with our luggage! Very clean and the staff was wonderful! We were referred to a restaurant in walking distance and it did not disappoint! The included breakfast next door was awesome!

Staff were great, English or French, possibly other languages as well. Building dated but clean. The free Continental breakfast at the restaurant attached was great. My wife had fruit with eggs over easy and bacon because of her gluten allergy. Staff assured her that she would be fine. I had sausage eggs and toast, vary good. Best continental breakfast at any hotel I have stayed at. Server was great and again could speak at least two languages.

I booked this hotel for the pool only to find out it wasn’t open. The ice machine was broken so no ice! Otherwise the room was spacious and clean. Although it’s a busy area, we couldn’t hear any street noise.

Stayed there while visiting family in the area. The Air condition in our room was leaking, leaving a large puddles on the floor. There were holes in the walls, shower curtain rod was not secured to the wall. Got back to our room about 7:30 one night to find our door open and a man in our bathroom. A cousin was staying in the next room. When she complained about how cold her room was, she was told they turn the air conditioner up to cover the smell in the rooms. This Quality Inn was lacking quality. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Convenient location and spacious room. However, quite old and dated. The temperature control didn’t work in our room. Also, they said the room would be cleaned and linens replaced every 3 days…on the 4th day of our stay we asked if it could please be done.

Clerk was very helpful- offered to move our room to the ground floor so it was easier for my dog and husband. Room was lovely and spacious however, the bathroom was a bit tight. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to unlock the sliding door.

Had a nice stay in Sherbrooke at the Quality Inn..It is close to the restaurants all along Sherbrooke Street. The staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. Had the "free" breakfast in the dining room...I don't think it will be awarded a 5 Star rating in the Michelin Guide.
