First floor smelled like weed and thier were several guys roaming the first floor. They may work here but they spent a lot of time at the front desk. Chair in my room was sticky and the leather was falling off.

I liked the rooms they were big and we got the suit so the kids has their own area. We were pretty irritated about the pool not working thought. Thats the main reason we stayed there, the first night it was open but it was freezing, and the second day it was completely closed due to maintenance.

There was a person vaping marajuana and who know what else in the hallway, it was terrible and i reported it to the desk. They did nothing but say it was probably just on his clothes, despite the fact the smell was overwhelming and I saw him vaping it in the building. Had a headache and trouble breathing the rest of the night

Was informed upon check in, the hotel manager would not allow late check out for the individuals in my group as she was "mean". I used my debit card to "hold" the rooms, however, was charged by Expedia upon booking. I contacted the hotel and was informed by staff, the charges for the rooms would be credited back to my account and my guests would be charged on their credit cards upon checkout. This did not happen. Hotel staff would not give my guests a receipt upon checkout to submit for reimbursement from their company. Poor experience for individuals who travel quite frequently. I will not use Expedia or LaQuinta in Eastland again for any of my guests.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Mildew smell in the hall. Pool and hot tub have been down since our previous stay some time ago. Back door doesn't lock and never has any time I have stayed at this hotel.

We have stayed in many LaQuinta properties in the past. This has to be one of the worst. First, the carpets were stained, the floors looked dirty, the sheets were worn and the recliner looked like it had been picked up alongside of a road. In addition I killed a roach and asked that the room be sprayed. I don't know if this was done. I let the desk know that we would be out of the room all day. When we returned in the evening, the room had not been even made up. However, the breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.
