“Family Friendly”

The hotel was very clean,the staff was helpful with local directions and with any extra requests like pillows or towels. The pool area was extremely family friendly and fun. We will certainly stay here again when we return to chippewa falls.

“Nice newer hotel...very poor customer service”

We were very happy with our room when we checked in. Very modern and new. Small but perfect for a one night stay. Nice flat screen tv, refrigerator, nice big bed. Bathroom very basic. There was a storm the night we stayed and the hotel lost power. And when we checked out, our room still had no power. We couldnt shower, brush our teeth or anything. We could barely find our clothes and suitcases when we left. When we mentioned a possible refund or something from the front desk, the staff we very rude and told us they dont control the weather. I would never stay at AmericInn again

“Clean room, friendly staff.”

We visited this hotel on a recent overnight to the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good, and the older lady working was very attentive and kept the tables clean and the food well stocked. The only thing that I would be dis-satisfied with would be the price for the night. It was a little high for the value but overall a nice stay.

it was fall and the trees were beautiful the orchards were fun we rode on the bike trails and we did some golfing

“LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!!!”

This hotel was AMAZING! It was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 2 adults, 3 little ones (ages 6, 4 and almost 2). The room was great...nice beds, big flat screen tv, nice clean bathroom, refrigerator, microwave....great! The pool area was wonderful: little zero depth pool for our 2 year old...she wouldn't stop going down the pint-sized slide, and the waterslide area was great for our 4 & 6 year olds...they could both touch the bottom of the pool (only 3ft) so they loved being able to do it by themselves. The big pool was great too...a little too deep for our kids to get much enjoyment out of it but all 3 pools were really warm (perfect again for little ones) and the hot tub/spa was great for the adults. The hot breakfast in the morning was delicious: waffles, lots of pastries, fruit, applesauce, yogurt, cereals (hot & cold), juices, etc. Everyone definitely ate their fill and then some. We all had a wonderful time and wish every hotel stay could be this great!

“pleasantly surprised”

For this hotel I wasn't sure what to expect. I have never hear of the Americinn. I was happy to find out that the room was clean, had a refrigerator, microwave, and a comfy king sized bed. There is a nice pool and a water slide (both indoors) There is a breakfast every morning that is not just danishes and coffee but eggs, toast cereal yogurt fruit cups and coffee! The staff was very nice and I am happy to say that I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Area recommendations

I would recommend Irvine Park. It has a free petting zoo and there are some other animals like Mnt. Lions, bears and tigers. This is a huge beautiful park great to bring the family to.

“Would book without hesitation.”

We enjoyed out stay even though it was only one night. It had all amenities we needed, the breakfast was more than expected, it's attractive and quiet.

Area recommendations

Lake Winsota area~the lake is beautiful and the High Shores restaurant is right on the lake.
