Tv was broken in room, thin walls and ceiling, the window was left open upon check in so the room was very cold

Just parking there were spare semi parts in the yard. Twitchy guy from some crime drama smoking unknown substance by front door. Staff speaks passing English. Bathroom exhaust fan was broken and open. Blood on the walls.Hole in the hallway floor was covered with a safety potted plant. Pool room was unlocked, lights off and drained. Mildewed and moldy. However a patio set in the pool for that unique and creepy serial killer blind date. Plan on burning any clothes you bring. Within 20 minutes of the hospital for the shots you will need. Abandoned farm down the road seems safer.

We would love to get our money back. Will be filing a complaint if we don't get it back. We were up for 5 hours in middle of the night actually afraid to leave our room. Someone in room next to us or above us was screaming like they were being tortured from 12-4 AM it was terrifying. Our room was actually decent except we couldn't look out our peep hole and it had Kleenex stuffed in the hole. We had our Golden Retriever with us they charged us $25 for him what a joke, so happy he was with us as at least we felt protected as he growled and barked all night because of the screaming guy next-door. My husband went to get breakfast the next day another huge disappointment .

Well u said there was a hot tub and there wasn’t very very disappointed this is why we selected this hotel. They told us that all web sites are suppose to be updated well it’s not. For $124.00 was not impressed I would not pay more than $70 for this place.

Worst hotel ever!
I reserved a room for two adults and three children. And I put in my notes that I would need a cot. We checked in, and the man sent us to a room which other people were already staying in! Then when I went back to the desk, he gave us another room, and I asked if there was going to be a cot and he told me not to worry about it, so I assumed there was going to be a couch. We got in the room. There was two full-size beds. I went back to the desk. The guy told me it would be extra for a cot. I told him I wasn’t paying anymore because I noted in my reservation. Then he told me they didn’t have any cots. I got really upset. It was after 9 o’clock at night with three little children. They they first told us the three of us should just sleep in a bed together and then offered offered me bedding so someone could sleep on the floor, at this point I totally lost it and was yelling at the man, then told me he was going to call the police on me, and it was all the fault of hotels.com that I did the booking through not the hotel I was at. My children who were also very excited to swim, already had their swimsuits on and when we saw the pool area there was a large, empty hot tub next to the pool, with no barricade, or anything around it someone could’ve fell in and got severely injured. We ended up leaving and thank God found another hotel at 10 o’clock at night.

Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing. The advertised pool was unavailable. We had to ask for towels. The breakfast was not serviced well--no waffle mix. 3 bananas, a few muffins, and this was at 8. It was advertised that breakfast would last until 9. We are unlikely to stay there again.

This property has gotten some poor reviews, but I thought it was fine: clean, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows, hot shower with plenty of water pressure. I don’t know what more you’d need really. Front desk staff was cordial and efficient.

We also called to see if our room was ready and we’re told it was then we get there and he says he gave it away to someone else so we would have to wait for housekeeping even though his house keeper was sitting on her phone in a chair in the lounge. Very unprofessional

The room was clean. We did not have extra toilet paper or wash clothes but did get these the next day. The hotel is being remodeled but our stay was not affected. The refrigerator was noisy when it would turn on and the pool and hot tub were not available. Not a bad stay.

It was quiet and the bed was decent. Lots of other problems though. The hotel canceled our expedia agreement because we checked in 50 minutes early and charged us full rate. Hot tub was drained and pool room locked, 1 ice machine and it was always empty because of construction workers. No protein for breakfast. All carbs. Not even PB! And the fan in the bathroom was so loud that i fell in the bathroom trying to avoid turning it on in the middle of the night. Wont be returning.

They are going through renovations, so some things were understandable. The room that we were given was good, clean and in good order. No breakfast really. I think that was the only downfall. Once the renovation is complete it will be a very nice place

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful but the building was apparently being remodeled. The room was clean but some fixtures were broken or missing. The breakfast was very disappointing. Not much of a selection and what was available was not very good. The hot tub and pool were not usable.
