Nice Hotel for the moneyPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: It was close to where I needed to be
Cons: You could change the breakfast menu. Instead of eggs and sausage and waffles everyday, maybe try biscuits and gravy.
Location: Very close to many restaurants
Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were clean and cozy

Clean roomPosted Jan 31, 2015
Pros: Room clean and good location from where I needed to be each day.
Cons: Hot water, honest pricing, and make sure coffee pots cleaned.
Location: Close to restaurants, and downtown.
Room clean, however water for shower only got lukewarm in early evening and morning. Coffee pot still had grounds in holder and coffee pot dirty. Someone took one of my yogurts out of the refrigerator that I had brought. Was told my 2nd night would be $ with tax even after adjustment from $, but was $ with tax.

not good choicePosted Jan 19, 2015
Breakfast was not kept full. When we came to the breakfast area an hour before it ended there were 3 pastries left no waffle mix and 2 yogurts. young man at desk wasn't interested in filling breakfast items, even after being asked. also check out was 11am. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 10:05 to see when we were leaving so they could clean our room.

perfectly fine place to stay for an overnightPosted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Price, location, and convenience.
Cons: Way to crowded in the breakfast area to take advantage of the continental breakfast, so we went out to eat. Please increase tables & space!
Location: Close to the primary road through Eau Claire, which made it very convenient.
We just needed one overnight and this was fine. They were cleaning when we checked in at 2:30, but we were able to check in and go to our room. It's obviously a cheap place to stay, which is fine with us. While it's a bit run down, there's nothing drastically wrong and the room was fine. Good location, too.

Good place for a one night stop-over.Posted Sep 16, 2014
The name was the first surprise. It is no longer a Comfort Inn but a Quality Inn. Otherwise just fine for one night. Decent breakfast for a small hotel.

The facility appearance was fine, as was the room. However, the breakfast area leaves a lot to be desired. There were not enough tables for those milling around waiting for a place to sit down. The crowd impacted those leaving using the cart to take luggage to the vehicles. It would be much more inviting if the Lobby was turned into a Lobby again instead of a breakfast area, and one of the rooms used as a breakfast area to relieve the congestion at the front desk vacinity.
