El lugar en general es comodo, lo unico es la limpieza del baño, no estaba limpio, el resto del cuarto estaba limpio y cómodo. Hay que llevar toallas porque no parecen muy limpias las del local

Roach fell on my face at two in the morning. More seen in the bathroom as well. Nobody answered call bell at the front desk to address it, now they’re being unresponsive to refund requests from Expedia.

Roach fell on my face at two in the morning. Several more seen in the bathroom. Old boxsprings/mattresses dumped by dumpsters, feral cats all over the place. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Heat worked well and bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty clean but the hallway and floors were filthy and no working smoke detector in the room

Had to get our keys recoded at least twice a day (phone was never by key, but kept Getting told that’s why) Bed wasn’t the most comfortable Hard to communicate with front desk guy because he couldn’t speak English very well at all. Guys in parking lot at night we’re a bit sketchy also.

Staff was nice and check in was easy. The room seemed clean and cared for and allowed me to rest with a fridge for my cold food. The lobby had an odd smell and the outside grass had litter in it that looked uncared for.

I wish that I had more thumbs so that I could give this hotel more thumbs down. Subpar facilities, belligerent unprofessional staff, no hot breakfast as listed on the website (waffle maker only - essentially a continental breakfast) and no elevator. I would stay at a different hotel further out and simply drive to the area to do business. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The room was dirty, lots of hair in linens, walls are super thin, staff was hesitant to provide new bathroom linens, we reserved an accessible room but the room’s bathroom had no grab bars nor a shower seat. Keys stopped working and had to be reset often. Overall, a frustrating stay.

Was not impressed or pleased at all. Bed felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Bathtub was so full of hair and debris that it wouldn’t drain. Vanity was coming off the wall. TV made a loud buzzing noise. Iron was broken, ironing board seemed like it was from 1980. Staff wasn’t pleasant at all, young kid half asleep checked us out.
