Great price, great location, great staffPosted Jul 6, 2015
We came here for our anniversary (1 year). We wanted something affordable, near the beach and beautiful restaurants, near Flagler Ave, comfortable, and clean. And we found it! The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful. The room (king size, seating area, huge bathroom) was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was awesome, new granite and awesome shower head. We were less then 10 minutes from New Smyrna by car, BUT we didn't have to pay the price of the hotels right on the water. Definitely would recommend this to a friend :)

Affordable clean hotel close to the beachPosted Jun 9, 2015
Cons: Cleanliness of the pool could be improved.
The hotel was very satisfying with a pleasant staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and nice breakfast facilities. Hotel staff during breakfast were very attentive to client needs.

Good Place with a good pricePosted May 14, 2015
Pros: Price and location.
We wanted a place we could stay near the beach and this was good. Hotel was clean, rooms were average size. Staff was always friendly. Breakfast was a little lacking...packaged bagels and muffins with some fruit and yogurt. Overall...not bad.

Nice Best Western - bad location.Posted May 1, 2015 on Hotels
For a Best Western, probably one of the nicer I've stayed in. However, nearby train interrupted sleep through the night, all of the decent restaurants are at least 10-15 minutes away. Beach is even further if that's what you're there for. Two separate occasions my room keys quit working and they had to re-key them.

good hotel / bad roomPosted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: The rooms were clean
Cons: The front desk should give priority to guests who book early.
Location: Relatively close to the beach at a reasonable cost.
We felt like we were given the worst room available, next to the lobby and vending machines. Other guests kept us up most of the night constantly patronizing the ice and vending machines, and loudly moving from the lobby to the guest rooms. The hotel was not busy at all, and I think we were given this room because we booked with an outside source at a discount many days in advance.

A breath of FRESH air--Posted Apr 14, 2015
After one horrible hotel experience and then a mediocre one--all during a 7-day vacation--this hotel was a TRUE breath of fresh air! Clean, courteous staff, free breakfast, comfy room and bed; I highly recommend this hotel.

Other than the trash truck or whatever it was at 4;00am , it was a decent room and stay.
