“A pleasant stay!”

The best part about the hotel, apart from the excellent location, tasty breakfast, inexpensive but high-quality room, and pleasant atmosphere, was the staff! The Murdoch Family was very welcoming and helpful, even when unexpected situations arose (for example, while we were there, something happened that cut off the hot water from our room, but the staff knew about it and before we even mentioned it, they told us that it would be fixed soon --and it was!-- and in the meantime, they provided a way for us to use the shower on another floor).

“Great place for the budget traveler”

I was really pleased with my stay at the Braveheart Guest House. Since the price was so low, I wasn't expecting much, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is awesome (one of the best I've ever had at a hotel), and the location was fairly central (20 min walk to city center). Obviously the place isn't a 5-star hotel, but it's clean and well maintained. I stayed in one of the single bedrooms, so I had to use a shared bathroom (I think there's only one other room that uses it, so I didn't have any problems using it when I needed to), but it wasn't a big deal. Next time I'd probably spring for a room that has its own shower and toilet. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay here and I'd definitely stay here again.
