Very Nice and Private setupPosted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Nice location, very clean and comfortable, friendly owner, feeling of privacy away from home.
Location: About 10 min walk to Princes Street and the tourist attractions or a short bus ride from out front. Nice quiet residential location.
We were a little hesitant deviating from the traditional hotels but we were very glad we did! We stayed in the Belgrave apartment and were very happy with it. Check in was very easy and Billy, the owner, met us on site to check us in and explain everything to us. The location was very nice and quiet. Its a little further out from the main attractions but still very accessible via a short walk or a bus from right in front. Accommodations were very nice and comfortable and had a very relaxing feel to them. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Great Location and surprisingly largePosted Jul 29, 2015
We stayed here on July 9 & 10. Location is great(5 minute walk to downtown, 10 Minute t castle. We stayed on the 3rd floor with our daughter who used the cot provided, she mentioned it was the most comfortable cot she had ever slept on. Small things included like 3 pouches of aspen cereal, small milk were really a nice touch. As I said we stayed on third floor and our bags were taken right up. Only minor drawback is the parking. You have to pay in 4 hour increments. You can phone in for an extension so just a minor inconvenience. Also only for weekday 8:30 AM until 5:PM. Thanks again fro a great stay

Very good apartment in the West End of EdinburghPosted Jul 18, 2015
Very clean and comfortable apartment, only concern was it was up 3 flights of stairs which were a bit of an effort after a long day out. Nice to explore another part of the city, Dean village had lots to offer as well as an easy walk to Princes Street. Apartment very spacious and nice to have a fruit bowl as well as some tasty shortbread. A new part of the city, had another wonderful break.

Centralt belägen lägenhet med separat sovrum och pentry/vardagsrum. 5 min promenad till centrum. Rent, fräscht och prisvärt! Vi kan definitivt rekommendera detta lägenhetshotell.

Very Well Appointed, Near Castle AreaPosted Jun 14, 2015
We stayed in the Buckingham suite and thought it was very well decorated, extremely clean, well-lit, quiet, and just a short walk to the castle and other great Edinburgh sights. The proprietor was pleasant and very helpful. Our suite was two flights up -- perhaps a negative for someone who has difficulty walking -- but it was not a problem for us, and there are suites on lower floors as well. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We were a short walk from several good restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. We ate breakfast in the suite each day -- there was a fridge, etc. -- which was very convenient and money-saving for us.

Great hotel close to everythingPosted Mar 29, 2015
Cons: Parking pass would be helpful but able to pay for parking using your mobile phone
Location: Close to the Royal mile, the ritual botanic gardens and great shopping.
Great hotel that's within walking distance of all the major attractions of Edinburgh and shopping. Host of the hotel is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Outstanding!!!

very nice centrally located apartmentPosted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: Location to city ,Bathroom heated floor , lovely views, nice high ceilings
Cons: Rooms comfortable but could be helped by DVD player, and rugs on wooden floors plus a couple of coat hooks on back of front door would be a help
Location: Lots of restaurants and bars just over side of Dean Bridge - Indigo Yard is well worth a visit if you like your beer and a lively atmosphere.
Arrived on Friday evening having got the tram from the airport ( about a 35min journey & get off at west end princes street) and after a 10-15 min stroll you arrive at no 10 Clarendon Crescent. We were warmly met by Bill the owner and we were shown to our room ( the Oxford) a large open sitting room with a separate large double bedroom. There was also some cereals, milk ,tea and coffee provided by the owner to ensure you didn't have to worry about stuff for the morning. Easy walk into town with lots of bars / restaurants being within 10 mins walk.
