Could have been a great place to stay

Posted Aug 29, 2014
Getting the lockbox code to get in was a problem. The lockbox is on a different building on a different street from the actual building we stayed in. The dishwasher was broken, both toilets didn't work properly and there were burnt out lights. Not well looked after. Too bad because it is a nice apartment.

Trip to Edinburgh

Posted Jul 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Fantastic location to explore the wonderful city of Edinburgh at a great price! Bonus having free parking as this is very limited elsewhere! Couple of things that I think could improve the stay were: The self check in is not very easy at all and you have to pick up your keys from a completely different location to the appartment which is not on any of the paperwork! The appartment itself could do with a little TLC as the carpet was covered in cigarette burns and iron marks, kitchen chair was broken and placemats need replacing! Wi if is only accessible in the bedroom which is a bit odd! However the apartments were very spacious and clean and had everything in then for you to be able to relax and eat after a busy day exploring the city! Overall a good place to stay and would recommend it to people and stay ourselves again hopefully in the not too distant future.

Nice flat in general but not taken care of...

Posted Apr 23, 2014
The flat itself is very comfortable and light but some essentials were missing. The Internet didn't work, dishes were sticky, forks and table spoons were missing completely, beds were relatively soft and not recommended for a longer stay. After contacting the staff they were very ambitous to solve these issues but didn't succeed (especially internet connection...) Appartment itself was very big and for the price and location hard to beat.

Central quiet and spacious apartment

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Once we had found the parking, easy access to a pleasant flat. Great to have WiFi. Plenty of space but under-equipped kitchen. No cafetiere or cheese grater and dishwasher out of order. Clean kitchen and bathrooms and beds fine but a bit grubby and tired in places, walls in hall and lounge needed some strange marks washing off.

Great if you have children

Posted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: Size
Cons: Some coffee or tea
Location: Great Italian 300yds down the road on the corner really good
We picked this apartments because we have two kids under 4, having there own bedroom is a god send. Far better than all of us in one room, the apartment is a very well sized two bed flat clean but not spotless stains on carpet ext small thing that we wasn't worried about as we were only there for one night don't think we would stay any longer. You have to get a code before arrival that you put into a security box at flat 81 then jump back in the car and drive round to find the flat we stayed at a bit of a strange set up but good parking once we did get in. Beware you are mixed in with resedance it not all owned by them. Overall we would recommed for a night or two.
