“Visit to Edinburgh”

Owners were very friendly and attentive to ensure comfort; room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the room was cold, but that may have just been the normal as the outside temperature was freezing or below my entire stay. Would not recommend for handicapped persons or persons with difficulty climbing stairs as there did not appear to be any provisions to assist with these needs.

A lucky internet find! Walking distance to the Royal Mile. Bus stop right outside. Quiet despite being located on a main road. WiFi not available on top floor. Off- street parking.

Lovely bed and breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms and good location. what more could you ask for?

“Cheap and cosy”

Excellent value for money. Close walk to Edinburgh CBD. Plenty of cafes and pubs nearby. Slightly smell of cigarette smoke less than ideal. Room was clean and cosy. Would stay there again if in Edinburgh.

“Worthwhile”

Nice owner, very friendly even though we were late as stuck in traffic and he was stood outside waiting, clean and basic accommodation but could have done with soap/shower gel. Room was all required of it. Parking available.
