“Stylish and comfortable hotel.. highly recommended”

Extremely modern and stylish room within a plush hotel. Very luxurious bathroom, amazing bed and good room facilities. Staff were very pleasant and couldnt be more helpful. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would go back. They gave us complemantary cocktails for my birthday... always a good touch!

Met with very warm welcome from all the staff - in real contrast to the windy, miserable weather on the day I arrived!

Kept awake by the noise of the air conditioning unit and what sounded like a kettle boiling in the ceiling area above the bed (hot water tank?). Difficult to sit up in bed as bed on wheels and slid away from the back wall. Out of date milk in the fridge and shower gel never replenished after first night. Swipe card didn't work on second night so had to get it reactivated - no apology received from reception staff. Lift out of order one evening. Hotel recently refurbished/opened so in their defence may be 'teething' problems.
