There were a few issues with the property, unfortunately. There was a red stain on the carpet by the bed, the radiator was stuck on high temperature (meaning we had to sleep with the windows open in March), and the room was slightly dirty. Individually would have been ok but all three together made for a disappointing stay. We were told the radiator would be fixed the next day, however it wasn’t. When we spoke to staff they were helpful but were hard to get hold of. Wouldn’t recommend for the price.

Firstly we are shifted to a different property all of sudden and then that property is a nightmare. No WiFi. Tv never works. Glad that’s we vacated the property in one day itself

Property was locates really close to the city central and convenient. Room was quite nice and clean. The only downside is the room key opens the front door as well. So it's safe to assume every room has the same key.
