“Lovely home, cordial hosts.”

Irene is a friendly hostess who goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome. Her B&B is beautiful - turn of the century, leaded glass windows, lovely heavy mouldings. WiFi worked great, breakfast was well-prepared by Irene's husband, parking was available on the street outside the B&B. Would definitely return.

“Convenient and affordable access to Edinburgh city center”

As a single traveler, I recently stayed at No. 45 for several nights and left happy with the experience. The B&B is located in a safe, quite neighborhood, with quick bus access to all the sights in city center. Bill and Irene are gracious hosts, offering a full scottish breakfast each morning and helping with directions and suggestions for in-city sights, local excursions, and practical information such as airport commuting. I appreciated it all, and highly recommend this B&B to other travelers.
