Nice guest house close attractions.Posted Jun 18, 2015
Andy and Karen lovely friendly hosts. Andy was more than happy to advise on places of interest to visit. Breakfast was excellent, very filling, tasty and plentiful. Bed nice and comfy, room very clean and cosy. Close to Royal Yacht Britannia which is well worth a visit. Edinburgh city centre and castle make for a very nice day out. The people are so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending a stay at Sandaig to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Nice B&B close to waterfrontPosted May 18, 2015
Pros: Very clean and the hosts were very helpful.
Cons: There are a lot of steps to climb to your room with your luggage.
Location: Close to lots of restaurants and the waterfront, ocean terminal.
We enjoyed staying at this B&B and the 15min. walk to the waterfront. It is quite far from the airport (taxi around 26 pounds) and the downtown core.

Cosey hotel, located a little outside center of the city, breakfast is served in portions w a starter and a main course, ok food though, but a little excentric way to start the day.

Nice B&B, ,near to city centre by busPosted Dec 23, 2014
The owners are young and friendly. Breakfast room almost too small, better 1 or 2 tables less. Guests should be able to choose a table rather to sit allocated. Breakfast buffet would be nice. I enjoyed my 2 nights stay though. Recommendable!

Modern accommodation with a warm touch.Posted Dec 17, 2014
We booked to stay over in town after a Christmas Night out. The Guest House met all our needs, we had a key to come and go as we pleased, no curfew. Room was cosy, bed and sheets clean and comfortable. Pillows were not to my comfort but that's personal preference I guess. We were at the top of the house so seemed like no one else was there it was so quiet. Morning was along the same theme, very friendly welcome at breakfast, nice pot of coffee on the go and lots of choice on the menu. All in all a great stay and recommended.

Business stay, didnt like being on the ground floor, tired bathroom, squeeky bed. Everything else, food, owners, location brilliant.
