visiting my son at uniPosted Mar 16, 2015
I spent 2 nights at the Edinburgh Sheraton recently, I was travelling alone and found all the staff from the doorman, concierge and receptionists to the spa staff to be very welcoming and helpful. It was, as always a really comfortable and clean hotel. I will be back for my son's graduation with my family.

Very comfortable and cosyPosted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: Close to downtown. Always a taxi at the gate.
Cons: Not to be awake at 8:30 for cleaning up the room and have a brush in the toilets.
Location: Close to everything : restaurants, shops....
A very nice hotel where we feel good . Everyone is ready to help and give the informations you need. The beds are very comfortable and you find everything you need in the room.

Lovely hotelPosted Mar 1, 2015
We stayed overnight and the hotel was lovely and the staff were very professional and courteous, overall our stay was perfect, the only downside was the price of breakfast (£22.00 each) quite a bit overpriced for a fry-up !!!!!

Very RelaxingPosted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Almost all of it
Cons: Design of bathroom, clear glass on bottom part of toilet door, really! However, everything else excellent so not too much of a concern.
Location: West end of Edinburgh, too many good things to do to mention.
Great over night stay, Spa fantastic and relaxing, breakfast great and staff very friendly and helpful.

Edinburgh GemPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Modern layout of rooms, excellent customer service and very very friendly staff. Breakfast was a joy and the One Spa experience was fantastic.
Cons: Maybe the small touches in the rooms i.e. soap and shampoo dispensers in shower similar to those used in SPA washing areas. Tea tray choices!
Location: Edinburgh has so much to offer but a visit to the Edinburgh Castle is a must for the views alone (even for a long seasoned Scotsman).
A fantastic stay at the Edinburgh Sheraton for 6 Nations Rugby weekend. Staff were fantastic and very engaging and polite. Rooms were of an excellent standard and hotel bar and restaurants highly recommended. Spent a very pleasant afternoon in the One Spa which is highly recommended prior to flying home. We are now planning our next visit.
